Very efficient friendly service, car ready for you (pointing the right way round and near the exit) when you return. Prompt mini bus transfers from car park to airport & vice versa.

The minibuses used have a high step up/down. The transfer was as quick as it could be given the heavy traffic that morning at Luton. The transfer driver was well aware of the frequent, mobile speed traps set on the 30mph roads in the close proximity of the airport. Beware those choosing to park closer!

Will definetely recommend Central Storage to many friends and colleagues-both for service and value. This is the first time I have ever used a parking service at an airport and I will use it again. EXCELLENT+

Easy to find and very near to Luton Airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even though it was the middle of the night!

Really appreciated having our car parked by the gate and turned to face the exit when we returned. Also the staff were really friendly and cheerful even though it was half three in the morning when we arrived!

Arrived, was on the transfer bus immediately, 5 mins at the airport. coming back, phoned the car place, they were there in 5 mins to take us back, car ready...off. brilliant Service at a good price.

The only negative about this place was the fact there is no automatic camera system thats checks your car for dents on entrance. I found this a little disconcerting as they manually walked around the car marking tiny scratches I never even knew I had on a piece of paper. (I did get the car back in the same state, with no extra dents or scratches.) They were friendly, polite and efficient and the transfers are quick.

It was signifactly cheaper than the airport facilities and I can't see any downside. Transfer was very quick. People very decent and nice.

I have used Central Car Storage before and will certainly do so again it offers everything you can ask fro. Even though we were travelling in the middle of the night the service could not have been more friendly or helpful. many thanks!

We arrived at Central Car Storage at 4.30 AM for a 6.10 flight. The minibus was parked a few steps from our car. The driver took our bags, we dropped the key at the office and within a couple of minutes of our arrival were on the way to the airport - a 5 minute run. CCS is only a couple of minutes off the M1-Luton Airport road so it probably saved us a LOT of time compared to the Long Term car park, trudging with bags to a stop and waiting 15 minutes for the bus. The return journey was hardly any different. We called CCS and they arrived within about 5-6 minutes. The car was ready and parked close to the minibus. It was prepaid so we just collected the key and were on our way. The best airport parking experience that I remember. One word of warning though. If you paste the address into Google Maps (or apparently some satnavs) as we did before leaving, the place shown is way out in the country. That ISN'T it! Double check the street address... Fortunately we realised the mistake before we left.

I am very pleased with the service - very efficient car check-in and immediate transfer to the airport; transfer to the airport about 5 minutes, as advertised; similarly very efficient pick up and transfer back to the car park; my car was waiting ready for me to drive away; staff genuinely friendly. I intend to use it again in the future.

This car park is good and is quite close to the airport. I would use this again.

We arrived and they had a space waiting for us, came out to greet us by first name. Put our luggage in the mini bus drove us straight to the airport which is 5 minutes away. Dropped us off right outside. On our return it was equally smooth running. Rang the free phone number when we were collecting our luggage, waited outside for about 5 minutes (as we'd just missed one, but they sent us another one anyway). Left immediately had car windows open for us when we arrived and key in hand (was very hot day so car was lovely and cool). Was friendly, helpful, easy, quick and fantastic value for money. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is concerned about long transfers to Luton and will use them every time in future! Thank you for starting and ending our holiday so well.

I'm not one for writing reviews, but this was such a good service I felt compelled to write one. They were very good and everyone was very friendly, my car had no problems and they were very prompt with coming to collect us. If I am ever flying from Luton I will definitely be using the service again!

Arrived at the drop off point, mini bus was waiting to take us to Luton airport which is about a few minutes away. Drop off and instructions regarding pick up were clear. On arrival back at Luton we only had to wait a short time before picked up. The best service and parking at Luton airport we have experienced. Will recommend to others
