Everything was easy & there were assistants to hand, just in case somebody didn't understand the excellent procedures.

We found the parking just fine no problems, very quick to park and sort our keys out! Same on the way back! Would be glad to use again soon!!

Fast and friendly service. You have to consider extra time waiting for the transfer and travelling to the airport terminal.

Although it said on the website to leave 50 minutes for the process, (I was not having the meet and greet or pick up service just the drop off) I was running late getting to the airpark so I thought that since it might take 50 minutes, I could miss my flight but I was there and on the transfer bus within 10 minutes! The machines are easy to use and the attendants help you if you look a little puzzled anyway. The bus transfer was comfortable although a lot busier on the return trip where we had to stand for the journey but that meant we were off the bus first and one of the first out the carpark! Good value, I'd do it again!

Quick and easy automated check in, staff on hand to help if needed. Quick transfer to airport, same on the way back. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all, good value and would definately use Airparks again.

I have not used your service before and was a little worried, well I needn't have been! From arriving, to handing my keys over, (which I was re-assured about) and getting on the shuttle, I was helped all the way, it was so unusual to have the driver help with my cases, I thought gentlemen didn't exist anymore! Thanks Airparks, you made my holiday !!

Directions very clear from Dunstable. on arrival(midday, August), staff were there to help with the electromic booking in of keys, but there were many signs about which seemed clear if they hadn't been there to help us.warned to keep card safe for bus journeys and to collect keys on return. Bus arrived within minutes, the kind driver helped put suitcases into the racks, drove nicely there, and checked we all knew how we were getting back after our holiday. Driver on return was more abrupt and barked instructions about how to position suitcases... but drove well and there were no delays. Collection of keys was simple with the card we'd been given with the bar code onit on arrival. The '10 second wait for keys' was more like 20....but car was where it instucted us to go. At the gate we then realised that we needed the tag off the keys, rather than the card with the bar code which surprised us, - neither of us had read that bit obviously!

On my return after 7 days journey the car was dirty beyond my expectations. I had to spent some time attempting to clean the windscreen.

We found the car park easily and the drop off quick nd easy. On return we only had to wait 30 seconds for the transfer bus and the pick up was gain quick and easy. Would use again.

Have used many times and the service has improved each year. Friendly, helpful staff which makes such a difference. Great start to your holiday. thanks

When I came back from my country, I have lost my parking ticket. The bus driver was very friendly, double checked am I going the right car parking. After that, when we came to the parking he helped me to find the right way to receive the new parking ticket, after that showed me what to do next. I was very surprised. I really was nervous because of lost ticket but thank you for the bus drive and lady in the parking I had no problems to collect my car. Thank you.

I can only say everything went very well. No problems at all...nice and quick and polite staff.

The automated key process works very well and is better in my view than taking and sometimes losing your keys on holiday.The bus was punctual on the return trip and I was out of the car park within five minutes of arriving back at the airpark. Trouble and hassle free.

booking is electronic,no waiting in queues for ages. very helpful staff on hand to help if you don't understand how it all works. transport clean and regular so we didn't have to wait long to be picked up either way.

Excellent, it was easy to drop off/collect my car and the transfer service was prompt. No complaints here.

Quick drop off, didn't have to wait too long for the bus! A little far from airport, but if you get there on time, it's not too much of a bother. Could be a problem if you were running late! All in all i'd recommend it.
