we used airport car parking for first time and honestly didnt know what to expect.the transfers are really fast and often.the only problem we encounter with the hole experience was the difference in the price I paid and the price i was charged so I would advice you to check your bank statement in case oyu pay by credit/debit card.i was overcharged double but luckily I kept my confirmation email and sent it back to customer services as proof of what I should be charged and the matter been sorted in 3 weeks time.the overpayment been refunded and the story finished with happy end.Overall I would recommend the Luton airport parkings and I would use them again in the future if they really give me that good price.

Airparks staff are helpful and I found it is the cheapest airport parking

Easy to get to, convenient and efficient parking service! Excellent price! I use it regularly and highly recommend to everyone!

Got back at midnight. There were no staff visible. My car had a scratch but there was no one to report it to. Next day I called airparks to be told to submit an email report which I did. I was then told that as I didn't make the complaint before leaving the car park there is nothing I can do.

The check in and collection of the car was easy,the staff helpful. The only thing that could be improved on is the frequency of the coaches they should run with less time in between there was too long await getting to terminal and when we arrived back waiting for the coach.But it is value for money.We would use again.

Very helpful staff when booking car in as equipment was very much up to date.Slight wait for return coach but expected as time of our arrival was very early am.Our car was easy to find with the very explicit instruction with keys.Overall very satisfactory.

When i dropped the car off, i managed to forget my phone in the car!! The attendant on duty was very helpful and helped me get it back without missing the bus. On return to the UK, i had managed to mis-place my ticket to pick up my keys. The lady attendant very kindly printed me duplicate ticket, with no fuss. Definately book again!! :)

I have used Airparks many times and they are always very efficient. I always recommend them to others and will continue to do so.

Not sure what to write. I turned up, left my car, went through some new (to me anyhow!) system of automated check-in, got a bus to the airport, returned on a bus from the airport, fiddled again with the automatic key machines, then drove home. One thing I would say was how helpful the bus driver was on the return trip - he was helping everyone load bags, and because he did it sensibly and organised, more people could get on to the bus than at other parking we've used (e.g. let everyone shove their bags where they want and leaving saying they're full, when with some sensible organising they would not be!).

Very friendly and helpful staff,easy to find and took no time at all to get et to airport. A map to show where the bus picks up would be helpful. We were told when we arrived but forgot by the time we came back

From arrival to pick up on return our experience was smooth, professional and friendly. I'd have no hesitation in using this service again!

Great staff, totally put my mind at ease. Very fast and efficient service, we were parked and on the bus to the airport in minutes. On return, bus was outside the airport within 5 minutes and my car had been very well looked after. Would definitely recommend, I was dreading leaving my car but air parks were top notch!

Great price. It is off site but lots of buses and sat for long either way. Great.
