I often book the NCP flightpath car park for short business trips to Europe. Its close to the terminal with good regular bus links and is competitvley priced. The only downside is that I struggled a little to find it the first time as its tucked round a few corners and not entirely clearly signposetd (however I am not exactly at my best and on the ball for those early morning flights... so it may well just be me!)

Was not informed of the pick up point or there were no signs to say where it was.

Overall - Good. Nothing to complain about. This was the cheapest option for parking. No bells or whistles but it done what it said on the tin. The car park is right on top of the airport! A little bit difficult to find so give them a call first and they'll talk you through the directions. The bus leaves every 15 minutes. It left on the dot. Driver not very friendly and didn't ask us which terminal we wanted but I have a tongue in my head so who cares? On the way back, we waited 17 minutes. There was no-one else at the stop so I think we had just missed one. When I called them they gave me an accuare expected arrival time. Fine. All in all, good value for money, will use again.

We were due to travel to Ireland on the day that the volcanic ash cloud disruptions started and had parked our car and caught the bus to the terminal and before we reached the terminal we received a text from Aer Lingus advising us that the flight had been cancelled. We immediately returned to the carpark and explained the situation to the attendants in the office. He didnt think that we would be charged and we left the car park. On receipt of our credit card statement this week we see that we have been charged and dispite emailing a request for a refund, and an explanation of our situation, we have now been told that we missed the "window" period to apply and will not be refunded. Totally disgusted with this response and will take this matter to the newspapers and anyone else who will be prepared to braodcast that we are extremely unhappy with this response. £39.00 versus bad press?? I am astounded that the company would not just repay us as we did not use the service for the full time - fraud and day light robbery spring to mind!!!

Pre-warned by earlier reviews, I realised why the signage is not what it might be (because the hotel will not allow?), but it caused no problems.

The tranfer coach was quick and easy to board. The signs could be a bit bigger when finding the carpark by the park hotel.

My only small criticism was the sign posting,or lack of it at the Park Inn. The small direction arrow is hidden by the building, so you think you're going to 'Goods Deliveries'. The staff on the buses and in the office were v helpful. I was a day late collecting my car, but there was no hassle at all. It is a relatively small car park so I would expect to have to book up well in advance to secure a place in future

Finding the car park entrance required a detailed look at Google maps using the grid reference published on the web site. Parking, transfer to and from the terminal and validation of ticket were straightforward. Good value for money when pre-booked. Would recommend.

Booking easy: directions could be improved with a simple map from the M4/M25.

May be you could improve the signs too the park from the main road. Got a little confused from the traffic lights.

It was a surprise to fine such a conveniently located good value parking facility at Heathrow. Maybe we were lucky with the transfers but they certainly worked very well for us.
