The facility was excellent. It was closer to terminal 3 and there was no delay in the transfers.i would recommend to passengers travelling through terminals 1 and 3.

Everything straightforward and considering how expensive heathrow parking is, good value. Final directions could have been better, but friendly staff made up for this minor fault.

Friendly staff, easy to find, 5 mins from the airport and a very effective and efficient service. Definetly will use again.

The car park was secure and my car was safe for my return. Could do with more signs to the entrance to show you where the car park is. But the directions off the web page was good. Will use this car park again.

Not the best experience of using Heathrow carparks, but pretty good. Wouls likely use it again.

Conveniently near the terminal with quick transfer. However, the parking spaces were very small, not all marked out and really quite tight to get a fair sized car into with enough room for passengers to get out. But otherwise, no complaints, would use again.

We used the parking for nearly a month, the price was £80. The hotel we stayed in just up the road was going to charge us £200!for the duration of our holiday. The staff were very friendly and there was no filling in loads of forms. On the return journey the shuttle picked us up bang on time, a few minutes up the road from Heathrow airport and we were returned to our car, the ticket we received in the beginning went straight in the machine and off we went home. We certainly will be using this car park again.

Very easy to find, number plate recognition made access to car park painless. Bus transfer to airport was fast and efficient. Parking charges were very reasonable, I would definitely use NCP Flightpath again.

Your staff on 30th May at around 7am were extremely helpful allowing customers to stand inside due to the inclement weather while waiting for the coach. We had to call the RAC due to a flat car battery on our return and your staff made us welcome while we waited and provided a hot drink which was most appreciated.

We were wary of parking outside of the official Heathrow parking, but this was not only far cheaper, but also easy to find and much faster to reach the terminal in the end. Overall I was incredibly pleased and will park here again.

Booked well in advance so got a great deal. Didn't realise just how close the car park was to the terminal, closer than purple parking etc. The short bus ride literally only took 5 mins, I used terminal 3, but if you were using terminal 1 it would be 2 mins max. Didn't have to wait at the bus stop when coming back either as there was a bus already waiting. The car park it's self is not very big which is great as its not hard to locate your car. Would highly recommend.

the driver who collected me on my return was very helpful carrying a case and finding my car.

NCP flightpath at rear of Park Inn Hotel is well situated for terminals one and 3 was easy to find easy to park and quick service in getting to the terminals.

excellent value car parking just a few minutes by frequent shuttle bus to T3 & T1. staff polite and friendly. would use next time.

Very close to the airport. Transfers as indicated on booking. Simple system and good value for money.

The main problem is that on returning to the car park the transfer bus just drops you off at the main entrance which is not very good if it is raining and you have a lot of luggage. It would take very little extra just to go round the car park and drop you off nearer to your car

Very close and convenient parking for Heathrow. Easy to find if you just follow the printed directions on booking form. Busses run fairly frequently so you do not wait long at all. Very quick transfers, approx 6-7 mins in my experience. All in all a very reasonable service for a reasonable price. Only small complaint I could make is the car park surface has seen better days and could do with some waterlogged potholes refilling ( a bit of a struggle to negotiate dragging a suitcase !!) Apart from that all ok,,, Many Thanks.

No problems at all, might have found it harder to find without sat nav although right next to airport. Good value, not a busy car park but transfers no problem on coach. On leaving a fellow parker approaced me for a jump lead start from my car which I gave him once I'd started my car. Said they gave him jump leads in office and that was it. Was a little surprised as I know other airport car parks have a battery pack and leads for what must be a common problem

Very easy to find car park with regular bus to airport. (less than 10 minutes) Bus driver could have been a bit more helpful as he saw us arrive, unpack our stuff, as we headed towards the bus, he started to move off!! A good shout stopped him. Car park staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again. Price was excellent.
