first time I had used this particular car park but it was easy to find and ample parking space with minimal wait for transfer bus

Quite difficult to find without satnav, make sure you hang a swift left as you come into some hotel car park. Number plate recognition was cool, so very minimal fuss. Did the job perfectly.

Car park a little dated, as were buses, but even considering this, very good value for money. Location very close to airport and transfers were regular and efficient.

Overall, a good option but needs some improvement in the actual car park.

instructions to get there were clear. No waiting around for bus either on the way there or on return journey. the driver was polite. Didn't use any of the facilities - not sure what was available.

Price was competitive, not difficult to find, very close to terminal and transport was good - would use again.

We have used NCP at Gatwick for many years and found this parking at LHR up to their usual efficient standard.

Booked online as liked how near to the airport, the price and not having to leave our keys. Car recognised by numberplate recognition as soon as we arrived, staff told us the procedure. Bus arrived soon after we returned and then again numberplate recognition opened the barrier as we left.

Very pleased with the overall service. The sign to the car park could be a little larger but otherwise a pain-free experience.

Excellent value for secure Heathrow parking. Frequent, rapid bus connection to and from the airport itself. Friendly staff. No need to leave keys. Highly recommended.

Took a couple of attempts to find. The approach road looks like a hotel service road. But once found, it couldn't be easier. Will definitely use again if I can get the good rate direct from the car park.

I like the fact you book and pay on line, vehicle registration recognition in and out so no hold ups either way. Facilities could be a bit better but adequate...

Efficient service, pleasant staff at all points of the process. I managed to mislay my ticket and expected to be hit with some sort of cost but was pleasantly surprised that as I had prepaid they would let me out without additional costs. Recommend this service.

Very near park to heathrow airport and staff were very friendly though it was difficult to reach their for the first time.

Parking is quite close to the airport. Transfer were punctual and easy to find. Parking is on gravel. All in all very good value for money.
