my experience was not a good on my return .The heathrow Tunnel was closed and the bus was diverted for collection at the arrivals and not the normal bus stop pick up. I waited for three quarters an hour, made 3 phone calls to your office, before i had a collection. The office did not know the situlation. They advised that there was no way to communicate with the bus driver until they returned back to dept. They then had to come back out to make a collection. your customer service was very calm, even when my phone tolerance was not befitting a lady. suggestion: get some walkie talkies in the bus..just in case the office need to locate the driver and give instruction on pickup

First time users, extremely easy and very quick transfers. Would certainly use the service again.

I used the car park for 5 nights it was excellent value for money. The bus transfer to and from the Airport was great, and the staff really helpful and friendly. I will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

All went very smoothly, location easy to find, took ticket and parked, bus was waiting so straight on and in approx 10-15 mins were outside airport, on arrival back in UK the ticket had all the info re pick up which again we didn't have to wait around for bus. It was ideal, thank you will use again!

I liked the fact that the car park was near the airport & the driver left as soon as we boarded unlike others that expect u to wait till the bus was full. Thank you.

NCP flightpath is very conveniently located for Terminals 1 and 3, with transfer busses arriving and departing very frequently. We did not have to wait more than a few minutes for both departure and arrival. All staf were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use NCP flightpath again

Consider how close it was to the airport and how often shuttle runs (every 15 minutes) a great deal. Secure car park, easy to find given the postcode and directions from the Park Inn.

Found the car park with the use of satnav no problem, staff was very helpful, car was still in one piece on our return. The down side for me is i cant stand being told i will be put into a prize draw if i fill in the survey so you can forget my entry into the draw £25.00 doesn't do it for me.

Highly reccomended. A lot better than other locations near to airport. Will use the facility again.

I found NCP flighpath on a compare site and went for them on the basis of cost, the fact I could keep my keys and the amount of reviews they had. There was someone there to help us park up and explain the transfers. Very impressed and will certainly use again!

Easy to find, enough space, cheap, good customer services and timely transport shuttle to the airport.

Booking easy, transfer to and from airport easy although there was a wait for pick up price was very fair.

The parking experience was fin until we tried to leave. The number recognition system had misread my number plate, reading a D as B

Bit of a wait for transfer and long winded at other terminals.. But a good service and pleasant staff. It would be good to tell car parkers not to park by trees, it took me an age to clean off the tree sap. Thank you.

I don't really like leaving my car for a long period of time, but it was safe and in the same condition. Friendly helpful staff and the transfers were regular. Very good

Fair price - auto number plate recognition on entry and exit really easy. Bus drivers were courteous and helpful. What more could you ask at the start and end of your trip.

Can't fault Flightpath for convenience, frequent speedy transfers and value for money. Location feels secure and staff were most helpful. Overall, first class and highly recommended.

I strongly recommend flightpath for car parking near heathrow airport.

The only issue I had was that the directions to the car park seemed to assume that I was driving out of London on the M4 and not coming in the opposite direction; as such we initially went the wrong direction and had to put my satnav on instead. But otherwise a very straightforward experience that I will definately use again, especially now I know where the car park in :)
