Arrival procedures easily achieved (from N London & M4) but DEPARTURE was less straightforward as there was no right turn to take one down to the main roundabout. Spent some time getting lost (in total darkness & torrential rain) on the Northern Peripheral Road etc Better exit & departure instructions needed.

It was a bit tricky to find the car park but once I got there everything was smooth. A member of stuff even walked to my car to help me carry my bags. The transfer buses are fast and on time. Will definitely use again.

Location - brilliant! Directions were great. Transfers were on time. Great experience. I will certainly use this parking again.

Very convenient for Terminals 1 & 3; very friendly and helpful. Minimal waiting at either end for transport to/from terminals. Excellent value for money. We will certainly use again if the opportunity arises. Thanks.

Booked online, relatively inexpensive (cheaper than a taxi to the airport from iow) and nice to have own car for journey to and from airport. Found no problem but needed sat nav using postcode provided. Bus transfer every 15 mins so fine and return equally easy from gate as indicated. Car park nothing special but car fine on return. Needed to go into office to validate cheaper rate on departure (otherwise would have cost an additional £265) but done in seconds and on our merry way. Have used the service twice now.

so easy to find and that's always my main worry when not paring at the airport, transfers so quick and took 5 mins, when arrived back, we literally waited 5 mins before we got picked up, car safe and sound, excellent value compared to other car parks which were £30 more expensive, will use again and definitely recommend.

Driver waited for us to unload our car, the helped us with our bags. Enough said.

Overall, good value. I like to park my car and keep keys which is what happens here. Chance is that you miss the turn off for the park as its right behind the Park, Radisson but no real inconvenience. I can recommend this facility.

The facilities are close to the airport, number plate recognistion made access easy parking reasonable, transfer bus good and quick all in all a good service.

What a brilliant car park. Not too big, so you don't have to walk miles from your car to the shuttle bus. Staff are exceptionally obliging . Very fair price. Really impressed and will definitely use again.

The car park was very close to terminal 3. We were conveyed swiftly to the terminal. On our return we had to wait for 5 minutes for the bus and in another 5 minutes we were at our car. Great service

We compared the price of a taxi to and from Heathrow and this was considerably cheaper. We didn't mind the thing of having to heave our luggage on and off the buses as there are only the two of us and we didn't have that much. I think it is hard for families with loads of luggage and maybe the drivers could be asked to help? Also the drivers seem rather bored and surly but I suppose it is a very boring job. It worked well for us and we were happy with it.

This car parking had good staff who were very helpful when I returned to a flat tyre! It was amongst the cheapest online, and is very close to the airport so the transfer time is VERY quick. It is also nice and close to the M4 so getting to and from the location is also easy. I would recommend anyone travelling from Terminal 3 at Heathrow to give NCP Flightpath a go!

Very good value for money. The sign to the car park could be made more visible as I missed it and went round the hotel car park hoping to find it in the corner. But over all the car park does what it needs to, no hassle you just park up in an empty space and get on the coach. Bestswlr

Please get some directional signage from when you leave the m4 spur, we ended up driving all around the hotel before finding it. Otherwise it was great value for money and would recommend

For Heathrow parking, Flightpath is very good value. The shuttle service was very convenient and we did not have to wait very long for the bus to come along. We will use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Found the car park quickly, a quick transfer, and extremely good value. Will definitely use them again.

Directions! Go straight on past the hotel, but dont turn into its carpark area, and beyond the taxi rank is a sign for parking....it it doesnt say Flightpath....but it is!
