I literally got my ticket, parked up and got straight onto the transfer bus! all very easy!

The sat nav coordinates do no allow for entrance to the car park from the other side of the road. First time users should allow 15 minutes extra for getting lost time.

Nice to keep your own keys, bus was quick and easy, no waiting around. Close to the terminal. Toilet was a bit basic but at least there was one there after the long drive. Thank you - would use again for sure.

No problems with parking and getting a bus to the airport. Fairly easy to find too. On return however one bus went straight passed us and we were waiting then for about 20minutes, the second bus came about half an hour later so a long wait in the pouring rain! All in all thought I would recommend and use again.

Prepaid the fee then took ticket when I parked. The ticket did not work when I tried to leave. One more car had same situation.

Easy to find and access. staff helpful. Good turn aroun at the terminal, not much waiting about.

Good value for money; I found it a bit pricey, but my wife said it is the cheapest we could find, so I take (as ever!) her word. The access - the last two hundred yards - a bit difficult (the GPS was actually lost, but I'm used to it). The bus shuttle was extremely useful, and the driver a most helpful guy, who deserved the accolade. Overall, 9/10.

Five mins away from the Terminal,sizable bus, no long waits....superb. Took the hassle out of travelling.

This facility offered by NCP is the "best kept secret" at Heathrow. It's very close to terminals 1(2)3, has quick and reliable transport to & from the terminals, and provides outstanding value for money. Thank you!

Used before and experience the same. Drove in & parked, bus already there, & delivered to T3 all in 10 minutes. Same upon return and was gone all in 10 mins again. Did not need staff this time but in the past they were helpful. Will definitely use again.

Would recommend Heathrow NCP Flightpath. Customer service was very good and staff were helpful. The pickup and dropoff didn't take too long. This was the one of the cheapest too.

Recognised on the way in, transfers okay, recognised on the way out. Works. Will continue to use.

Very Professional service. What I liked most was how easy the parking was to find, and how close it was to Heathrow Airport. Transfers was less than 5 minutes away. Excellent Service. I would use this car park again, when flying from Heathrow.

Having had a 90 minute wait to be collected at LHR after our previous flight, we resolved never to use the company that bombards us with adverts at least once every week. NCP were very competitively priced, right on the doorstep and the collection service was excellent. This trip I hardly had time to close my mobile phone before the bus arrived. This might have been luck but what a contrast with the other lot!!!

Everything went as arranged. No problems with arrival or transfers. Some parts of the car part are slightly unmade and had puddles after heavy rain. After our return our car would not start. Car parking staff resolved the problem immediately with their vehicle and a set of jump leads. Great service. Would use again.

I wanted one more sign to confirm any fears - just by the hotel. Getting back onto the M4 wasn't as easy as getting off - again better signage. Facilities were fine but basic. The parking surface was "basic" but ok. The actual pick-up and delivery and return plus getting out of the site was absolutely fine. It was what we needed for parking at Terminal 3.

Excellent parking for Heathrow! Directions were a bit confusing? Basically the car park is at the rear of the Park Inn Hotel, the directions state that you should keep the Hotel on your left as you approach? when in fact, it's on your right! Other than that, it was very convenient! I wouldnt hesitate to park here again!

"Does exactly what it says on the tin". Curteous & friendly staff, smooth short rides.
