I unintentionally operated outside my original booking. Nothing was too much trouble to sort it out quickly and painlessly

The car park was not easy to find using sat nav. The entrance is tucked in behind the Park Inn, and then passes over a bridge to enter the car park. We waited 25 minutes for the pickup coach on our return, rather more than advertised. But good value for money.

Great value for money car oark close to the airport - 10 mins on the free bus. We lost the ticket and the guy on duty could not have been more helpful -- booked on line and saved 50%. Recommend to anyone using terminals 1,2 or 3

Good : - Price for 1 week was competitive to competition. - Location for Heathrow is excellent as must be just a mile away. Bad : - On arrival, a bus was waiting as we visibly arrived into car park but left within the 2 minutes it took to park. This meant we had to wait 15/20 minutes before our departure. - On return weather was awful so called to check eta for next bus and was told "2 mins" After 15/20 minutes the bus arrived. Within that time 2" Purple" buses passed through our stop. Not flown from Heathrow for some years but also not felt" let down" either. Both complaints were minor but by the same token it would have been just as easy to do the right thing so maybe next time I'll try somewhere else.

Having researched car parks for heathrow we settled on this one based on location and value for money - we were not disappointed with either. On arrival at the car park I discovered my drivers door would not lock - staff were very helpful and suggested my car was moved nearer to the kiosk where it could be viewed from the window. I was then able to go and relax on holiday knowing that this 24 hr secure car park would look after my car. Sure enough, on return it was as I left it thanks to the professional and helpful staff. Transfer to/ from the airport was also a breeze !!

I was amazed at the proximity this site has to the airport - couldn't fault the service as the bus was waiting for us at both ends for the transfer and it couldn't have been smoother. Thoroughly recommend!

Parked our car and waited around 5 mins for bus to leave. Bus driver extremely friendly. Departed from T2. Also waited no more than 5 minutes when we came back from holiday. Good deal on gosimply, and will park there again.

Found the parking without trouble. Had to extend my stay at the last minute by a day and was too late to extend the parking on the internet site. Turned out that there was no extra charge. THAT is value for money!

Small car park easy to access from M4 spur with frequent and short transfers to the terminal. Directions provided are accurate so car park was easy to find. Excellent value for money compared to others nearby that have longer transfers.

After an initial difficulty locating the car park (I forgot it was NCP, so I was looking for a blue flightpath sign), we were able to find a space comfortably and didn't have long to wait for the bus to leave. On our return, there was no information about the pick up point on the paperwork I had printed out, nor was there any signage. So we wasted 10 or 15 minutes locating the correct bus stop, only to realise later that it was printed on the ticket! But overall it was good value and will be much easier next time.

When I got back to my car after a very efficient transfer, I found I had left my lights on and my battery was flat. The chaps in the office were really helpful and friendly, offered me tea, let me use the phone and facilities etc. Also the best value for money.

The car park is very close to the airport and easy to find at back of Park Inn hotel. No need for tickets / paperwork as registration number is recognised at entry and exit meaning that it is a very quick process. Did not have to wait for transfer buses at all and drivers friendly and welcoming. Will definitely use again.

Was a slightly confusing to find the car park round the back of the hotel mentioned in the directions as we looked for a blue NCP sign and it was in yellow! However once we got there everything was fine. Plenty of spaces and the staff very helpful. Transfer was fine both to and from. I liked the little flower garden by the reception and the excellent customer service which included getting some bird muck washed off my car!

Transfers are now 3 times per hour, used to be four. Upon arrival bus driver waited for me at barrier as I had just arrived so thanks.....waited over 30 minutes to be picked up on my return though, not so good.

Good price. Open air parking, stay away from trees or your car could be covered after extended trip. Be sure to have map of location as its behind hotel but access is over a certain bridge, so follow directions precisely. All good. Jeanne

Good value comparatively to most of the others. Extremely close to the terminals and very short transfer time. Generally a good experience. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Improved signage at the car park would help, although it was identified as an NCP car park, none of the signs we saw as we approached the car park actually said NCP 'Flightpath'. At first we were not sure if we were in the right place.

Finding the car park was a little difficult as there are no sign posts until you get close to the car park. Parking was fine but not as we'll lit as I'd expected but still safe. Transfer to the airport was almost instant however on the return I waited 45 minutes which is longer than advertised & with delays in the airport this had the possibility of getting me late & would then cause me to pay more. Happily this didn't happen and I made it with 10 minutes to spare. The customer services were very helpful. All in all I would still recommend NCP Flightpath

Super friendly staff, we arrived at 4am and had a cab called to take us to the terminal, arrived within 5 minutes and was included with the service. On the way back the coach came in 5 minutes and I had forgotten my parking ticket abroad but staff were very friendly and quick to give me another one!

Car park very easy to use, fast exchange from car park to airport on both arrival and return, would recommend to any one.
