Odd location behind the hotel but advantage is very close to tunnel entrance so quick transfer. Very frequent buses at times I have used it. Park is a bit rough and ready but OK. I have used it three times now and will again.

Easy to get to and from the car park from the M4. Very close to the airport. Only had to wait 3-4 minutes for the transfer bus.

Fantastic and affordable parking and really close to the airport terminals. There was an issue with the coach being full when we returned from our holiday although that didn't affect us as we managed to be the last on.

Car park was easy to find using satnav, it was well lit and parking was simple. The bus was waiting so it took no longer than 5 minutes before we were on our way to the airport. Coming back was even easier as the bus was already at stop 22. We were in our car and on our way home within 10 minutes of leaving Heathrow. Excellent service

I would recommend this car park for anybody flying from Heathrow. The buses were very frequent and we did not have to wait for a bus either going to the airport or on collection from the airport. I think it is very good value for money too.

Bus waiting times much longer than advertised. On return journey bus stopped before the designated stop resulting in people at back of queue alighting the bus first with those at the front who had waited longest being unable to get on. We had to wait for a second bus after having already waited for 20 mins.

I was pleased (and surprised) that Flightpath's automated gates read and identified my booking without my having to get out of the car. This made arrival and departure quick and very efficient. A well, the driver on the shuttle on our return was helpful above and beyond the call of duty, and refused a tip. Overall the workings of the car park left a very good impression even though the physical set up is rather run-down.

Left car at this outdoor car park for one week and when i came back everything was fine ! Our flight was delayed for 12hrs and we where charged £18 which i think was reasonable! Be alert when trying to find this for the first time as the turning is not well signposted so just turn in to the hotel and the car park is around the rear of hotel! Good value...

A big plus for being close to the airport and hence a short transfer time, also for being competitively priced and with bus times that didn't leave us much of a wait. The car park itself is tucked away behind a hotel, and the car park itself looks a bit tatty - poor road surface, a portacabin that you go to pay at, but the car was safe and sound and I'd use them again unless my budget stretched to using the ultra convenient business parking.

On arrival the bus was delayed by half an hour but we realized that was due to wrongly parked vehicle on the narrow path just before the car park. Staff were very apologetic and helped us to get to our cars. I felt fine even with such a massive drawback. Also I will use the services again.

Very impressed with the automation. We entered the car park and exited after three weeks without having to speak with any attendants. The barriers opened on entrance and exit by recognizing the car number plate.

Car park is close to terminals. Had to wait 10 minutes for the pickup on the way back, but that is within their service times.

It a very good location for T1 and T3 where waiting time both outwards and inwards were kept to the absolute minimum. After a long international flight being able to drive out without having to queue up for your keys is a godsent

I had a few days stay in this parking spot and I will park there again when I will fly from Heathrow. I didn't see anyone else except the bus driver, it was a very discreet parking.

Good service, buses run regularly, 5 minutes to Terminal1. Car park a little tricky to find but SatNav took me straight there. Little bit cheaper than official car park, would use this car park again.
