I have used business parking at Heathrow before and this is right one by the tunnel road to Heathrow and a third of the cost of business parking. It can be hard to find so look for the Park Inn hotel and the entrance to the car park is just past this, find the Park Inn find the NCP car park.

Only critisism is the sharp bend entering the road to the barrier. If the shrubs get cut even the bus drivers will see clearly.Other than that all was good.

Had to wait quite a long time for the transfer to airport, but was luckier with the return pickup and the bus came within a couple of minutes of us getting to the bus stand. The driver was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Well signposted cheaper than other car parks. Buses very frequent and drivers very polite . Have used car park before and would use again.

I wouldn't hesitate booking again with NCP Flightpath next time I fly from Heathrow. The staff at the car park were helpful and courteous. Ihave mobility issues currently and they were just lovely. The bus took us straight to the terminal. Driver loaded off my luggage and mobility equipment. On our return, the stand pick up point was easy to find and the driver once again was helpful and courteous. Took the stress of parking and getting to the airport completely away. Thanks NCP!

Last time I went to Reeds who set the standard for me. Flighpath was a total contrast. First off it was very poorly signposted and I needed to call them twice before finding it (I was told there was not a Flightpath notice as they did not really want people to know about it). We were late for our flight due to an accident on the M4. There was a bus waiting as we arrived and parked - which was a great relief. The bus driver could obviously see our haste in parking and getting our bags out as he was only about 20 meters away yet to our utter astonishment he drove off with us 20 meters away bags in hand. When the next bus arrived we sat in it for ages and ages. A man came out of the service offices and did a little slow backwards and forwards dance step to the driver while slowly finishing a cigarette then came on board for a chat. It was unreal - it was as if they were deliberately on a go slow to taunt us. Finally we set off around terminals 1,2 and 3 not just the 1 and 3 that the online booking had described. We were Terminal 3 so even more anguish. In contrasts my previous parking place had someone waiting for me, drove me straight there, was friendly and courteous, and the pick up was great too. Needless to say where I will be going next time.

So near airport, easy to find & park, no waiting for keys etc. And comparatively cheap.

A simple, no frills parking experience offering great value for money, fast transfer to the terminals plus you keep your car key.

First time we came we had difficulty finding it, which is not what you need before a flight. The signs are not obvious and it easy to miss the turning. Better directions (on the printouts) would be helpful. Excellent service though. Easy parking/transfers and will definitely use again.

Recognised my number plate on entry to the Car Park. Was no need to get my ticket authorised upon exit as the instructions had advised. I could just scan my ticket on exit to get out. The only quibble that I could think of is the bumpy ride to and from the Terminal, I think it's about time they re tarmac the road.

Did not have to wait too long for a bus- very reasonable price. Only improvement would be the quality of the road surfacing- and marking the spaces in a more appropriate way- some people park very close to cars increasing the risk of damage.

Shuttle bus was there when we drove into the parking lot and it was a quick journey to the airport. Shuttle bus was at the airport within 5 minutes of exiting the airport on our return. Fast friendly service from driver and agent on site. Will use again.

Arrived and parked near the entrance. Bus ready to whisk me to Terminal 1 - very easy and foolproof.

Easy to find, convenient and quick transfers - does what it says on the tin!

A great car park for terminal 3, easy to find and the shuttle drops you off right outside terminal 3 departures. The only thing which wasn't clear was the pick up point which is located outside arrivals bus stop 22. Had to phone the customer services to find out. Fast and efficient service throughout and very good value.

Easy to find staff helpful and friendly. Coach available on our arrival took us straight to airport and on our return coach turned up at pick up point as we arrived at the pick up point. Transfer only took 5 minutes. Car park appeared totally secured and staffed. Good value for money will definitely use again.

Easy to find, close to the terminals so not a long journey on the bus. Easy to get in an out and absolutely no problems. Easy to book and manage the booking. Will definitely use again.

This is the first time I have used this car park and will not think again to book here.

The system worked very well (once we had found the site!) and I shall certainly be using it again next month. Thank you.

Highly satisfactory from the point of view of helpful people, but quite a lot to pay for poor surface with puddles. Degree of security probably OK but difficult to judge.
