Once you know where it is located and how to find the way in and out this long term car park is ideally situated for T1,2,&3.

Before departure I had to shorten trip by 3 days, amended easily and difference refunded promptly. Shuttle bus is quick and convenient - returning from T3 meant circumnavigating central Heathrow as it went via T1 then T2.

They need better signage. Very hard to find the car park after dark as it's almost hidden down the side of a hotel. spent half an hour looking for it even though we'd driven right up to it initially. Once you find it, the service is perfect!

This was the second time we have used this parking. Again a good experience and knowing the way in was a help.

Always great service, this last time i was there real early in a.m. and no shuttle driver - I got a free cab ride! Now THAT's service!

A little tricky to navigate to but, once there, ample spaces available and bus leaves every 15 mins. Bus was waiting to leave when we arrived but, had it not been, there was a waiting room available. Biggest bonus is being able to keep your keys! Pleased overall; will use again.

It was so good to find such a convenient location - the hardest thing is to find it! Once there (we arrived at about 3am) they were great and it was so easy and straightforward from start to finish.

Easy to find streight off m4 only problem was our return flight landed in termanal 5 and you can only access pick up from termanal 3 so we had quite a treck from 5 to 3 not there problem but it could cause you a problem especially after 11 hour flight

The car park is easy to find as long as you follow the directions closely. I didn't have long to wait for transfers either on the outgoing or return journey. I also thought it was excellent value for money.

One of the best car park at the Heathrow terminals. Very economical. Easy to access. People working there are very helpful. I will use this car park all the time.

nice and convenient to terminal 3 and airport hotels, will definitely use again ,better signage from main road would help

Staff were mostly friendly and courteous. Transfers punctual to and fro from the car park. Although the drivers were friendly, it would have been a pleasant experience if they could have helped with heavier luggage on both occasions.

A fantastic experience at a fantastic price. The staff were very helpful and informative when I arrived. My car was very safe and secure and will definitely be using this service again. Many thanks for all your help

On my return, the attendant offered to make me coffee as I looked very tired! Very welcome, although I didnt take him up on his offer. I was surprised and delighted by his kindness. The proximity to Terminal 1 is so handy and the transfer time quick. Will certainly use ncp flightpath again.

If you are using the central area terminals this can be a good option. Usually a bit cheaper than the others. Can be a bit tricky to find so allow a few minutes extra the first time.

Staff were helpful when barrier failed to recognise my car registration number - I pre-booked.

Excellent location for terminals 1,2 and 3. Excellent bus service, on time as well. You keep your keys,the car is secure so nobody can drive it around whilst you're on your holidays.

The only setback was trying to find the car park The instructions led us to Sipson Way, instead of Sipson Road. however once there we were given great info from the (Scottish) guy in the office. transfers were great, there and return. No problems and superb value. Will definitely try to book with you again next time we fly from Heathrow.

Easy transfers to and from terminal 3. Would definitely recommend and good value for money.
