Located near the end of the Heathrow spur from the M4, the parking facility couldn't have been easier to find. The transfer shuttle ran every 15 minutes and all staff were helpful and polite. We were lucky on our return, as the bus arrived just as we got to the bus-stop, which was about 100m from the terminal building. All-in-all a pleasant experience.

We arrived just after 4am and a taxi was called for us promptly for our transfer. The car park is fairly easy to find (we have used it before some time ago) and there were plenty of parking spaces available. On our return, there was a short wait for the bus but that is to be expected. Keeping the car keys and not having to phone on return all go to making this a smooth experience. I would use the facility again.

Everything was lovely, from on time transport to friendly customer service. The only issue was a little bit of confusion, as I was told if you pre-book, there is no need for getting a ticket while entering and validating ticket at exit,.

Really simple process, if per booked it recognises number plate, just drive in park and get the bus, only gripe is your parking on loose stone

Close to the aurport, transfer in few minutes, cctv cameras on the parking. It can be a bit tricky to get there but the instructions to arrive were clear and got there in time.

Given its proximity to the airport, it's good value for money, and staff are always very friendly. On the outbound journey, the transfer happened within 10 min, but in teh return trip I stood just over 20 min at the bus stop (promised are trips every 15 min). My main complaint however is the signposting, which doesn't start from the main road. Once you turn into the Park Hotel Entrance, it's clearly signposted, but the first time I tried to use this car park I drove straight past.

All worked well from computer to carpark even when I showed up 3 days late.

Very near to the airport (T1 & T3) and cheap (when booked in advance). Waited less than 5 minutes at each end for transfers.

Great service, easy booking, straightforward arrival and departure through the barrier, quick transfer to Terminal. For development: what about a diagram for how to get from the car park to whichever road you need - those roundabouts around Heathrow get a bit confusing.

Very easy to book, drive to and to pick up the car. Will use again definitely. Very close to airport.

the only thing was that i did not know from where to be picked up. it did not specify that on confirmation letter. and when i jumped in back into the bus the driver explained that i should go 300 yards down the road, because that's where the pick up point is (!!). So NCP flightpath - clean up your act!

Brilliant location very close to Heathrow. Helpful people and fast transfers on outward and home journey. Very good value, and I would definitely use again.

I have used Flightpath parking three or four times now and would not hesitate to recomend them to anyone traveling from Heathrow.

very convinently located, quick and efficient transfers, i will definately use it again.

Easy to find, number plate recognition meant I didnt have to get out of the car or call for help - ticket (with my car details) was issued when we pulled up. Same in reverse, the gate opened on our departure. Price was excellent for 5 days parking, easy to find with Sat Nav, bus was waiting when we arrived and we moved off within 5 mins - definitely use again

A bit tricky to find but best location and much cheaper than official airport parking, and closer! Regular transfers - all very easy and as advertised. Will use again.

slightly tricky to find but parked straight away and didn't have to wait long for bus which was good.

Used this car park recently and would use it . Only took about 5minutes on transfer bus to terminal 1. Drivers very pleasant. Received good directions to find car park but found it somewhat confusing to get back to M25 on my exit.

Closest to Motorway with exception of Meet & Greet but at a fraction of the cost. You get to keep your key and the car is not moved so no risks of loss or damage.

Easy to find, easy to book and above all excellent logistics and the staff were really helpful...especially when my car would not start after a flat battery. I will not hesitate to book again when using Heathrow Airport. Thank you. Bob Ewens.
