Does what it says on the tin - with none of the problems I've had in the past with off-airport parking.

the price i paid on line was £30 but when i went at the parking for 1-4 days was £15 so why was i charged double the ammount?????????

We found getting to the airport parking with sat nav good, although we didnt need to use it as the directions to the car park was excellent,the transfer to and from the airport was very pleasant and our bus driver was very friendly. will definetly use this car park again.

Pre-booked and system worked well, no hitches. Relatively easy to find and get out of. Buses seemed quite regular and transfer only took about 10 min each way. Would definitely recommend.

Bus driver not over friendly, but not a big deal. On more than one occasion a sign tells you in which zone to park, but sometimes it's a bit full, however its easy to find a space in the next zone along usually. I would use it again for its proximity to the airport and ease of transferring. Very easy to drive in and out without having to do anything, with the registration reader on the gates operating.

Ideally positioned on the airport, however the coaches could be more frequent.

staff at the call centre were helpful when the flight was altered and accommodated the changes accurately and swiftly.

Apart from a little bit of difficulty finding it otherwise every thing was great. We certainley use your facility again.

I have never travelled from Heathrow and was not looking forward to the experience including the parking. The parking did "exactly what it said on the tin" with out a problem making the start and finish of my trip worry free.

This is how I expect an airport car park to be: convenient parking, quick and uncomplicated transfers (no need to call anybody when you return). Just park, take your keys, jump on the bus, what more do you need? Great value for money.

the only problem we had was on our confirmation had the wrong bus stop for returning to the car park

Transfer buses could be more frequent but car park staff very helpful in getting me a jump start as I arrived back to a flat car battery.

MY instructions advised me to wait at bus-stop 3 on my return; in fact, it should have been number 2 and took a helpful lmember of airport staff to point us in the right direction when she overheard us discussing the carpark bus-stop number we needed to get off at. it may be worth considering having busses that run to just 1 terminal, rather than bounce passengers around all 3. luckily, we were flying from terminal 1 so our transfer was 10 minutes from the car; however, on our return, we went round the airport for anouthr 15 minutes, making the transfer to terminal 3 more like 25. it was also frustrating to stand at the bus-stop on the way out watching an empty bus parked up for 15 minutes beofre one came along to collect us... luckily we were early for our flight and had checked in online already anyway so we were not up against it for time. ok, but as above bus drove off and didnt stop, also signs are not that clear as to where you need to go.

excellent package altogether. it was hassle free from start to finish. dint need to wait for long for bus transfer to and from airport will recommend it to friends and family and ofcourse use this facility again.

Reasonable value, buses could be a bit more frequent. Pick-up from terminal one takes a while as return is via terminals 2 and 3.

Good value for money, quick transfer and happy to know that you have parked your car yourself and kept the keys.

Easy to book, easy to use.. frequency of the shuttle buses works well, even if you see one going, you know that within ten minutes there will be another one.. Feeling of reassurance over security of the vehicle. Always reliable... park up and forget about the car until your return. Great.

It is easy to find the parking and comfortable for the process. The service officer is friendly and she has service mind to explain me for all process because it is my first time that I parked my car at you.

I was pleased with the service, but on coming through from customs there were no clear signs as to what bus stop 17 I think it was that you had to go to, as I had to ask at information. This put 20 minutes on an already tired comuter.
