All on time and drver was freindly and helpfull. I was Was not pleased to find the cd player was on full blast as that can affect drivers concentration.

Excellent service all round and good value for money. Will definitely use again

The whole experience made my holiday more enjoyable than it already was. Extra thanks has to be given to the driver who dropped off my car. The airline had lost my bag so I was delayed getting through to the arrivals lounge. The driver waited patiently for me without any hassle. 5 star service!

Phoning ahead as we realised we would be arriving early, customer services explained driver would be there as soon as possible. We barely waited 3 minutes and a very polite driver explained how we were to collect our car upon return then we were off on holiday. We telephoned to announce our return flight had indeed come in and were told our vehicle was on it's way. We followed the clear instructions on our ticket and at the end if a very long day we saw our vehicle waiting for us as we exited the terminal. Fantastic first class service at economy pricing. No problems, no faults, no hesitation to book next time!!! (just 10 miles on the odometer!) THANK YOU.

The instructions to drop the car were accurate. The staff were punctual and polite. The service was "Stress Free" so we could enjoy our holiday.

Only problem was finding the drop-off point at terminal 5. This needs to be more clearly described in the instructions. So make sure you know where to go.

Will not be using this company again! Not only were they late when we got to departures, they also took 55mins to bring my car back on my return to the UK. Also when we called to say we were through customs etc the company were very ignorant on the phone. They don't seem very well organised!

We waited over an hour for the pick up person to come for our car when we arrived at Heathrow - good job we had allowed some extra time. However, with three-year-old grandson with us, it was difficult to justify such a long wait. Our return was delayed by a whole day because our flight was late from Mozambique and we missed our connection. I phoned the firm to let them know and the lady was most helpful. However, on our return we waited another 50 minutes for our car, and again with a small child this is not good. We had chosen meet and greet to avoid long delays and waiting around. Not sure if we would use this particular firm again. Our car was not left in the same state as we had handed it over - we have a built-in booster seat for the grandson in the back of the car, and this had been put down and was not ready for a quick getaway when we eventually retrieved our car. I can't understand why this would have been necessary just to transport one driver to and from wherever parking was located. Too tired at the time of pick-up to challenge the driver about it. Instructions on where to wait on arrival to hand over the car were unclear - it appeared that we should wait in the first lane, but having circled round several times and found no-one waiting for us, my son phoned the firm and was told to wait in the third lane. We waited in the third lane for the car to be returned, but it was returned to the second lane for some reason - plenty of parking in the third lane and we were there with two luggage trolleys, buggy and small boy ... Hopefully we will learn from this experience.

We were promptly met at Heathrow T5 by a charming lass. We made a phone call to ascertain where we would be met and this was handled efficiently as well. On our return we were supposed to ring once we had collected our bags, however we received a call whilst in the reclaim advising our car was ready for collection. A first class service with great customer service and I will use again. I should add this is the second time I have used this company.

On arriving back we were told that - for some unexplained reason - we had been expected back on a plane that had arrived an hour earlier.

We arrived back at Heathrow at 0700am and the driver kept in touch with us on a regular basis as he got stuck in the Friday morning rush hour trying to deliver our car back to us.

After some confusion over telephone number to advise of arrival time, the service was efficient with driver waiting where we we advised. Car returned with no issues.

The value for money was excllent, the driver was waiting at the terminal and car arrived back within 10 mins of calling the office. Both drivers were well presented, imformative and polite. The only slightly odd thing was that the clock in the car was flashing implying the battery had been disconnected. I had planned to call the office and find out if this was normal but have been so busy never got around to it. No other problem with the condition of car and no crazy amount of miles driven in my absense. WOuld recommend

When I phoned to give my ETA I was told to go to a different lane at the terminal because of traffic at the airport. This was helpful and proved that the operators have an ear to the ground to help their customers. Well done! I would use this meet and greet again. MG 07/07/11

Only one small comment. Instructions on finding staff once in the car park could be better.

£65 for 10 days parking at LHR is exceptional value for money. The only downside was my car was 30 minutes late turning up on arrival, and one of the Purple Parking valets outside T3 refused to telepehone or get even involved, but overall the experince was exceptional value for money.

The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly and helped us with our luggage.

I will definetely use Happy Days Meet and Greet airport parking again, service run very smoothly and efficiently. Many thanks! From happy customer.

It was a cheap price and the car was returned safe and sound. It might be nice to go over mileage/ scratches etc when I dropped off the car but I have no cause for complaint and would most definitely use them again!
