I had my boot repaired and spray painted to a very high standard a few weeks before I flew out so particularly noticed 2 bad scratches here and two more on the passenger door which I rarely use as I am a single driver and no one else drives my car. I didn't notice these till I got home having just completed a 22 hour flight from Australia, otherwise I would have bought it up with the attendant. Pity I didn't take photos before letting my car go but having used 3 other companies for park and go within the last year and having no problems with any of them I never thought to do so. I definitely will not be using Purple Parking ever again. Dr Kitty Campion

Because I am a woman of 70 I was a little worried about how this would work out, I had tried the off site parking previously at 3 different airports and really wasn't happy with being in those large car parks on my own especially early in the morning when its dark, my fears were unfounded with the meet and greet, what an absolutely brilliant and efficient service, everyone was so polite and friendly - my car was clean, tidy with very low mileage so all in all a service I will have no hesitation is using again. I cannot praise the service enough, Thank you

I drive in to Jeathrow T5, hand over keys and walk to check in, less than 1 minute walk away. On my return, no need to even call for my car. It is already parked in the allocated place. Handed back my keys and away I drive. Simples. Only issue I had was when I came to make online booking, the system gave me error messages and no indication payment had been completed. After multiple times with credit card, I successfully paid via debit card. Later, checking my credit card statement, I saw I had been charged 6 times. After a phone call to dispute this, all payments were repaid without question.

Good service but would have been perfect if there had not been a slight mix up with paperwork on arrival (there were three bookings under our name for some reason).

the negative is that my wife now wants us always to use Meet and Greet as it saved so much time!

They car was waiting for me even though the plane was half an hour late.

There are a few things which annoy: - being late and making excuses of traffic when it is obviously more to do with a lack of manpower - The drivers fiddling with the car seat set up and the radio/sat nav settings

Great experience. The member of staff was there when I arrived and I was on my way within a minute or two. Same on my return. It took longer to find my way out of T1 car park once I was in my car than it did to get my car back. Tip: don't follow the signs to the exit as they take you up a level and on a tour of the car park - well, that's what I did anyway, maybe I was tired and not concentrating. The exit is on the same lower level as the valet parking. Will use again, for sure.

I will use this every time from now on as my car was ready and waiting -when I've done it before when somebody has to drive your car back on arrival I once had to wait an hour to get my car delivered after a long flight which wasn't good!
