We were very impressed with the overall level of service epitomised on our return from a month long holiday by the driver jump starting a flat battery and waiting for us with engine running to ensure a smooth return journey.

I have used this service so many times now it is brilliant. You just turn up at your terminal get your bags from the boot and they check the car give you a slip then off you walk into the entrance of the airport. This time due to bad weather I left home a hour early and actually arrived at the airport early so the driver was not waiting for me. A simple call to the office and they had someone there to collect the car in 5 minutes When you return you call them from the baggage collection hall then just go outside the terminal and get in your car and drive home. so much better than trying to get your bags on/off those transfer busses. I'll be using them yet again in January what more can I say about the service.

I hate to praise this service incase it gets too popular and I can't get in but it really is a great service at a fantastic price. I wouldn't go or do any different when travelling.

For some reason the battery was flat on the day of collection. This did not delay the car's return. Total service 100% first class.

We found from start to finish a very professional experience who made our journey stress free, especially with 2 young children in tow & we found the staff was professional & polite. It is a service I would recommend to friends & family in making there journey as easy as possible.

I used this service to park my car in Heathrow for four weeks. The driver was on time both for collecting and returning the vehicle. I have to say I was a bit worried after I read some negative reviews on some internet sites, so I called the gosimly to check my booking one day in advance. Not sure, but this call possibly helped.

Very happy with the service. The driver was present when we reached terminal 5 of Heathrow. On our return the car was at the car park when we reached there. We followed the instructions given by the company and all went perfect.

driver was there to meet us at drop off and took only a couple of minutes to process. On return called as soon as the plane landed and the car with driver was waiting when we exited the terminal. I was very satisfied and would certainly use the service again.

Excellent service, driver was reaady and waiting on arrival and the car was waiting on return.

Driver met on time in the designated area. Car returned in good condition in 30 mins from making the phone call. Excellent value for money!

We had some reservations because of the low price but boy were we wrong. The service was top class and even though we had to wait ages for our luggage the driver could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We were really delighted with the price and quality of service. Used the service at Heathrow and I have to day I was very impressed. We called on the way to the airport and met outside departures 30 mins later, very pleasant driver who gave clear instructions on what to do on our return. On the way home, we were delayed in the airport as our bags were damaged in transit, the company called to make sure we were ok and once all sorted, brought the car back to us. A great service, especially as it was pouring down when we got back to the UK.

Better directions to meeting point were needed. Worked out cheaper to book thru your site than direct even though purple parking had emailed me a 20% discount code,it was still cheaper with you.

We were flying out of Terminal 2 at Heathrow but the return flight came into Terminal 5 so Meet and Greet made a lot of sense. The attendant was right there when we dropped off our car as promised. But on our return, I had to wait with my family of five in the car park for 70 minutes before our car arrived. I rang from the baggage hall and was told they would get the car on the way to the airport but 90 minutes later we were still waiting! The staff bringing other people's cars were not much interested in helping.

All fine. Would have been even better if staff had clothing that related to the company name. (I had no idea that the purple parking people were your staff)

Left hanging around for 20 minutes before car was collected even though we called the 30 minutes prior to our arrival. On the return car was ready and waiting much better on the return.

Used before, several times and each time they are prompt. I even had to call and advise of my delay but this was no problem to them. The only niggle, is the phone number provided on the confirmation wasn't the right number and this took several minutes to clarify but all in all, a trustworthy service that I'll continue to use.
