This service is so much easier than having to heave suitcases onto and off of a minibus along with lots of other people.

There when we arrived, waiting when we got back. Car was as we left it (although rather dusty), but faultless. Highly recommended, particularly when you have young children (4 in our case) and rubbish flight times!

No complaints at all. Prompt pick up and immediate drop off even though our flight was early. Thank you.

Friendly staff member was waiting as expected, car was whisked away & we were free to get our flight. Coming back we waited a little while for the car to arrive but no more than was reasonable. Good value, well organised & will certainly use this service again. The advice from previous users regarding finding the drop-off point in the Short Stay Car Park at T5 was very useful!

The whole process was very simple and excellent value for money, instructions were clear and the staff courteous - will definitely use again, if travelling from Heathrow.

Return "greeter" surly and unfriendly. Car inside had been damaged Both pick ups took place in a different location to that advertised and involved us in considerable more hassle On both drop off and pick up had to wait 15 mins for personnel to show up Will not use again

Used economy meet and greet last year at Hethrow and again used them in March. Everything went really well, lady that collected the car was very nice and cheerfull. This service is so cheap it's not worth getting a taxi. Would defainately reccommend and use again.

We prefer to have meet and greet instead of off airport parking with a coach trip

Used theis service again this time out of T3 Heathrow and found it be very useful especially as were delayed getting to the airport it saved us a bit of time.One thing to watch is that you have to pay for your exit ticket (£2.70 to £5.50) from short stay as they cannot meet you where you drop off.Do not see why, unlike T5 we have to pay this? Whilst not alot of money would rather know up front.

Sadly, I did not check the car carefully on collection. It was late, I was tired. I did not notice the scratches until the following day and obviously cannot prove anything. Will have to get them fixed. It has taught me to be more careful next time. Parking otherwise okay.

Car was dropped off at T5 at the pre arranged time, it was waiting for us on our return to T5. Off the plane and on the M25 in less than 15 minutes. Nothing else to say but will definately use again.

collection was good with apleasant operative,however no checks of the condition of the car were undertaken and no receipt given.I was only informed at drop off that I would have to meet my car at the top of the short stay car park.had to wait 20 minutes.This was not what I paid for.personal hygiene of driver not good--car smelt

My car was picked up on time, driver was very friendly. On my return the car was brought back to me within 15/20 minutes from time of phoning.

I have used this Economy Meet & Greet 2 or 3 times now. On each occasion the staff were very very courteous, the attendant was there and waiting, and the car was ready for me upon arrival. I wouldn't normally bother with these reviews, but when a company goes out of its way to train its staff to such a good standard and gives such good value at the same time, it is the least I can do.

The only comment I would make would be that the directions to the drop off point at Terminal 5 could be clearer. As this was our first visit we went to the wrong level originally and then had to go all the way around again to drop one level.

This service is as it says and a very convenient way to park.For T5 directions could be better, and to help from the main T5 roundabout follloow short stay parking signs right to the set of barriers and then go to the left for 'fast track'.You are on Level 4 at this point and the drivers will be at the entrance to the elevators where there are bays to park your car ready to drive off.Other than that detail everything else worked well.
