Paperwork needed to be clearer about which way to access correct level at T5 but phone people were very helpful. Good service - would use them again.

The service was great value for money. However, it was confusing on arrival as to where to park to meet driver and contact on phone was very unhelpful. However, the driver was great. In addition, the proceedure for pick up had changed due to Heathrow restrictions which customers should be notified on before booking. It wasn't a major hassle, but out of courtesy, it's better to honest up front with the customer. Overall though, it was very cheap compared to competitors.

Very pleased with the customer service. I was quite a bit early arriving at the airport but that didn't seem to be a problem and I only had to wait 5 minutes or so. On my return the vehicle was delivered 15 minutes after I called them. Much better than the park and ride offers.

We were met on our outward journey on time. However because of a change of arrangements imposed by the airport authorities we had to take possession of our car on the top floor of the car park adjacent to the arrivals area. Nevertheless the service was reasonably prompt and efficient.

As this was an economy valet-parking I was not expecting Rolls Royce service. In effect it was quite good. the driver collected the car reasonably on time from T5 Fast-Track and was courteous and efficient. She did not check around the car as is usually the case for valet-parking. The car took ages to be returned to me as I had phoned after landing. The driver did apologise for the wait. The car was full of bird-droppings outside all the way down the driver's side, which left a bad impression on me - it would not have taken much to move these, then I would have been happy.

They weren't waiting for me at either end of my journey but I didn't have to wait for long. At less than £10 more than the onsite long stay option this is great value. I would thoroughly recomend.

I can't fault the service. Right from the initial booking through to leaving the airport site was as good as it could possibly be. There was no time wasted on dropping off my car, incredibly efficient. On returning from our holiday as soon as we arrived back in the car park area I heard somebody say my name. Our car was there waiting for us. They even paid the car park ticket so we didn't have to find coins. A fantastic service, highly recommended.

I was a little surprised to be met by a 'Happy Days' driver when it was Purple parking who were receiving the vehicle after the meet and greet. Slightly confusing where precisely to look for car on arrival back on level 4 as mainly Purple parking staff around.

The collection was fine but it wasn't made clear to us the process for the return pick-up. As a result we arrived at the car park, realised we had to phone through and then had to wait over 30 minutes for our car - longer than the NCP long term car park! It wasn't made clear that we had to pay to get out the car park until AFTER we had booked this service (on the day in fact) :(

This is the second time I have used this company - and again we received polite prompt attention, smooth transaction on departure and again on our arrival. The staff are lovely and friendly and the service is fab. I highly recommend and we will be using them again for sure.

We had some doubts regarding what the service would be like given that the price was so good compared with other meet & greet we have used. We were very pleasantly suprised and will use the gosimply service again.

The cost of this meet and greet service was actually cheaper than parking my car for the same duration in a car park myself and having to deal with the hassle of transferring to the terminal by bus from a car park. The man who greeted me at the airport was there when I arrived. The company phoned me 10 minutes before I arrived to check my travel progress. The man who greeted me was friendly and pleasant. On return to the UK, they phoned me by the time I collected my luggage and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my care to arrive. I would definately recommend this service.

Only slight delay in vehicle being collected from us at airport and driver waiting for us on return. Bit concerned that no visual check of vehicle or mileage recorded on collection. On return footwells of driver and passenger footwells caked in mud and also mud on passenger seat. Driver stated that she hadn't noticed it when she got into car even though it was first thing we noticed. We were obviously not happy and driver then offered to phone us later that day to try and resolve the matter. She didn't and when I phoned the following day the first person I spoke to accidentally left the phone off the hook and I could hear her and the driver discussing how they could try and fob me off. Eventually I insisted on speaking to someone in charge and was told to complain by e-mail which I did straight away. Finally a manager/director (?) phoned and resolved the matter with the offer to pay for the cleaning of the floor mats and a free meet and greet in the future. I note that other reviews have mentioned the state of the inside of the cars on return and I suggested the simple soultion of using disposable floor mats and seat covers as used when your car is serviced. I was told that this is an idea they will consider. We may give them a second chance and if they take measures to protect the inside of the cars whilst in their care in future I probably would recommend them as it does represent good value for money.
