There was someone at the car park to collect our car when we arrived and when we returned from our trip the car was waiting for us. Great service and good value for money.

Exactly as advertised. Drive in to the allocated area in the car park, hand over the keys & into the terminal. On return, exactly the same, car ready & waiting, received car keys & drove off.

Easy to book, easy drop-off and collection service. Would highly recommend.

Pick up and collection fine but, on collecting car we found our radio wavebands had been changed and the cars computer set up had been changed to track day settings, which will take some time with the handbook to put right. Someone had clearly spent considerable time in the car, treating it like a toy. We complained and were told that customer service would contact us. They did not. I absolutely would not use this service again and would recommend that anyone who values their vehicle should avoid it like the plague.

Unfortunately we made the mistake of leaving two pairs of sunglasses in the car (one prescription, both used for driving which is why they were in the car). Now they have been stolen and given our car shows no sign of a break in the only answer can be Purple Parking.

This is definately the best meet and greet by far ,waiting either end of trip ,pleasure to deal with

The parking attendant was waiting when we arrived at the airport carpark and the car was waiting when we arrived back. Absolutely simplicity itself. No hassle parking service, easy to book on line and all the information for pick up provided by the receiving attendant. Thank you.

There was a little confusion regarding the location of the drop off, but other than that all went well. Thanks!

On time, easy, great service. Expensive for parking but cheap for heathrow so very happy!

I was travelling alone with my infant so things running smoothly was really important to me but i didn't have a fortune to spend. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the timing was perfect. On collecting my car the man packed the car for me since i had a baby and refused to accept a tip as he said he always helps people with children. Excellent service, would definately recommend it.

Personnel waiting by time of arrival at short stay T3 heathrow. On return called as instructed on exiting plane. Car was waiting by the time I got to level 3 spot. Faultless service. Would certainly use purple parking again.

Turn up give them the keys,done ! Easy walk to the terminal, easy walk back to the car. It was right outside the door, got in, left !! I travel a lot of business and it is these sort of details that make the whole experience a little more bearable Thank you, see you again next week !

Arrived at the airport after following the simple instructions with no problems. I was met by friendly staff and was soon checked in. On return my plane was 2 hours late but the car was waiting having called when i got off the plane. Have used the service before and will use it again. Good value for money.

No waiting whilst dropping off or picking up. Good service. Will definitely use again.

We were initially really pleased with the service. The driver was waiting for us as we arrived, was very pleasant, and upon our return, the car was waiting for us. However, the car was making strange noises almost immediately when we turned corners. It turned out that the front right suspension needed £275 worth of repairs. A month later the front left suspension needed the same work, but we managed to find a cheaper garage at £156. It is too much of a coincidence that immediately after using the Meet and Greet service, the suspension required repairs totalling over £400. Needless to say, I will not be using the service again.

i have no complaints, a good experience everything as expected would recommend them

We recieved initial advice on where to drop off the car at Heathrow. Telephoning half an hour before arrival we were not told of any change. However the printed instructions we had said go to the outdoor drop-off area, third lane out. On reaching here we needed to telephone again as there were no staff there. Then we were instructed to go to the multi-storey car park 3, level three, which was better, but we still had to telephone again to find out where the operative was waiting. On return everything was ok.

Good Directions, Very Convenient On Airport Meeting, Upon Return When Calling To Confirm Landing Car Was Already On Route Back To Airport, Excellent Service. Would Definately Use Service Again & Recommend To Others.
