I had to persuade my friends that Meet and Greet was worth the cost. They were delighted with the efficiency, promptness and ease with which the procedure was carried out. I, and they, will be using Go Simply and Purple Parking in future. Very many thanks. David Cottey

I was met punctually at Heathrow Airport - though the original number to call did not relate to Purple Parking and I had to get this from the Internet. I was given clear instructions what to do on my return and these were reinforced by writing. On my return I called the number as requested at 13.05. We had to wait a while as we had requested assistance as travelling with my 86 yr old mother. When we reached Purple Parking my car was not there. the young man said it would be another 10 mins - I was suprised as we had taken awhile to get through Heathrow. 10 mins later no car - he called up and found that it hadn't been dispatched - according to their records I had returned early. I pointed out that this was my due date, as per my ticket and indeed the car was listed on his own documentation. To cut a long story short I finally got my car back at 3 pm. My mother and I waited nearly 90 mins in the Carpark. There numerous reasons given why my car didn't appear - there was someone else with the same surname at another terminal. Finally I was told that the driver had disappeared with the car and that is why it was late. The young man who was minding the keys and cars was very polite and embarrassed by the mistakes. I spoke to customer service whilst at the car park and they did refund £50 and offer a free Valet if I use them again - I very much doubt I will use them again

We have used meet and greet for the past 3 years and it is the only way to park your car...

This is a very reliable service and much cheaper than the normal meet and greet. Have used them before and will do so in the future. Also recommended them to family who have used them too.

This is my fourth time using Purple Parking meet and greet. For three of these the service was fantastic but for one of them it was dreadful. I was fined £25 for arriving late yet when I tried to complain about my car being delivered to me 20 minutes late on my return, all of my emails and phone calls were ignored. However, I decided to give them another chance an my latest experience was as good as the first two.

I have asked for a VAT receipt but the invoice/receipt sent by Purple Parking does not state the VAT. I require VAT receipts for my last three trips but have not been supplied with these as yet.

Other firms will call you to see where/how far you are from 'meet'- I was required to call an 0845 number which did not answer first time and had to hag onto for quite a while before someone picked up.On the computer print out there is no mention of having to call Purple Parking on arrival.However,it does ask you to call on the 'car receipt' which is handed to you on arrival.Otherwise good service and excellent value for money.

A fantastic way to get the execellent service of Purple Parking meet & greet without having to pay standard prices if you tried to book it direct with them

This is a great service especially as there were five of us, including our three children all under 6 years old. A great experience from initial booking to receiving the car when we returned! I would highly recommend this service especially if you don't want the hassle of parking offsite and shifting all your bags on and off an airport transport! Well worth the money and only a few quid more than parking offsite. Will definitely be using the service again.

Excellant service at a price comparable with other off-site parking sites and I've used them all. Very helpful on arrival and clear on how to collect car. Will use again for sure. Cheers!

Only comment is directions for drop off (Heathrow Terminal 5) need to emphasise don't go into car park via normal route as you cant get to level 4 meeting point. Otherwise fab service. My car had clocked 20 miles though while i was away. I think it would b useful to tell you that up front otherwise you may be suspicious!

it made the start and end of my holiday, to be met by such a friendly person on arrival and on the return no waiting or hassle and undercover was a good bonus

I was very happy with the service. The drivers's arrived on time and were very efficeint with their dealings. I would definately use them again, It saved us a lot of running around with children. I will strongly recommend them.

Why do you ever need to to park your car off airport, lug your luggage onto a bus, wait for it to leave worrying that you'll miss your flight as you were delayed getting to the car park in the first place. Especially when meet and greet is so reasonably priced these days. Have used Purple Parking (through National Meet and Greet) for the last 4 years, and with a small child in tow, it's always been fairly hassle free. And unless you live on top of the airport, it's always going to be just as cost effective as getting into a smelly mini cab.

the most pleasant and easiest way to park at the airport, friendly and helpful staff, on time, no problems with the car

The drive was there to take the car when we arived at the airport. When we came back we called the number after we landed and the car was there again when we got to the car park. Price was very good saved us extra time as it was an early morning flight so we didn't have to park the car and do the park and ride.

When we arrived at the terminal drop off there was no one waiting even though we'd called 30 mins earlier, and we were a little unsure what to do - a sign or obvious waiting point might have helped. I asked someone from Purple Parking (with whom I'd booked) and they said just wait. Sure enough the driver arrived 5 minutes later. On return, after calling just after leaving the plane (which was 2 hours late!) the car was waiting for us which was great.

website easy to use. rapid email confirmation with helpful information and directions. staff on outward and inward journeys polite and on time.

I had an early morning departure and a late arrival on the way back and on both journeys, the driver was already there waiting for me. the staff were very polite from the call centre to the drivers and made the process easy, I would definitely recommend Purple Parking and would use them again.

Purple Parking was punctual which is all that matters in Meet & Greet, right? No fuss parking: well done!
