Dubious on first being met as details were scribbled on a piece of'tatty' paper no reference seemed to be to hand but car there promptly on return with no fuss. Good value for money

we were met on our arrival at heathrow terminal 3.on our return we were phoned while we were collecting our cases and our car was outside the terminal when we went out.excellent service.

I did not realise I had to phone when 30 minutes away as I had not been asked to do this before. But I made the call and it was sorted out. We did have to hang around for awhile. the chaps that took and delivered the car wher very pleasant

excellent - my luggage was lost so i was delayed for over an hour however they rang me several times and told me not to worry. once i had got my bag back they were there within minutes would definately use again thanks

The service was friendly and good value, however despite phoning ahead and giving my 30 mins notice of car park arrival, I was left waiting a further 10 mins for someone to arrive to pick up the car, as I was on an internal flight, and security was busy, I only just made it to join the tail end of the passengers boarding my flight. However the car was waiting for me when I got back which was great, I'll just remember to leave a little more departure time if I use this company again. Overall I would recommend them

The collection of the car was courteous and prompt. I had emailed Purple Parking however during my trip to say that I was returning a day early. They failed to notify HappyDays, the Meet & Greet operator, and therefore they weren't expecting me. I had to wait over an hour for my car to arrive. Theo from Meet & Greet was wholly apologetic but it wasn't his fault. Purple Parking hadn't passed on the message and, from what I understand, this wasn't the first time!

Although we arrived earlier than expected someone was there within a few minutes to greet us. On return they were prompt bringing the car to us. I would highly recomend this service because it is as cheap as others and you don't have to haul your luggage on to a bus.

I was a bit later than anticipated when dropping off the car due to traffic on the motorway and I misjudged and was only 5 mins from LHR when I called. I phoned the company several times and kept them appraised and only had about a 5 min wait when I arrived at the drop off. Collection was smoother and after a call on clearing customs we were at the pickup 2 mins before car was dropped off. All staff were polite and there was no issues with car or its condition. Both depature and arrival flights were in the evening. All in all a very good experience and I will use again for my next trip.

The whole experience was very good. We arrived one hour earlier than anticipated because of no traffic on the M25, but after a couple of telephone calls the driver met us to save us waiting. On return the driver was waiting with our car as previously arranged. We got in our car and drove home with no waiting. Excellent service

Staff waiting to pick-up car on arrival, but 15 minute wait to retrieve. Friendly and generally efficient.

Good service overall and very responsive, friendly drivers, but the phone personnel was a little abrupt. The booking hadn't been fed through to HAPPY DAYS correctly from yourselves, so they did the best they could for me and provided me with a driver very fast even though they didnt know I was going to arrive. Thank you for that.

All good news here! Really pleased with the service. A little wait for collection, but hey nobody is perfect. Car returned in the same condition with expected mileage. Returned very promptly. We were 12 hrs late and didn't charge us any extra, indeed when I called to tell them what was happening when we knew for sure, they were expecting our call and said they were worried about us! Don't hesitate - use these people - I will again - no hesitation!

A very efficient service and customer forcussed company, right through from the easy online booking, through the the day before reminder confirming the arangements and the actual car collection and return. No problems what so ever and very good value for money. Will definately recommend to others and use again.

The instructions about leaving the car were not sufficienly detailed to make it easy to find the place to meet the driver. On our return, I telephoned about 10 times, and simply got an answering machine, so we were held up for 20 minutes or more. Eventually someone rang me - having picked up the message or tracked back on the calls received - and the car was in the place we expected. It was a frustrating time after a long journey.

Driver was about half an hour late to collect our car, however on our return our car was ready wating for us when we exited the terminal. Overall it was value for money.

Competitive rate. Easy to book. Reliable and friendly service. Would use again and recommend.

Was flying from Heathrow for the first time, and had no idea about parking. Work colleague all rave about meet and greet and I agree with them. Simple drop off, accurate directions. Drop off & pick up right outside the terminal. Worth the money for the stress I saved.
