i had no problems handed over the key and picked it up with the car 3 weeks later

excellent will use again. Preferred the convenience of staff being there to greet you rather than having to phone before arriving.

Someone was waiting to pick the car up as I arrived and the car was where they said it would be exactly at the time I requested - no phone calls required. Highly recommended.

All i want is to pay for a good prompt,reliable service. Thats what i got,i will definitely use again.

Everything was as stated in the website. No problems at all in finding your area at Heathrow and your man on the desk was very, very polite and efficient. He is a very good ambassador for your company. On my return, same as arrival. Very efficient and excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent service, dropped car in car park, short walk to arrivals. On return I took an earlier flight, called the car park and car was waiting when I arrived. Saved me about 1/2 hour each end

We arrived early to park and collect our car and on both occassions the staff were there to meet us. Couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent value for money, especially after a long flight not having to wait around for shuttle buses or walk 20 minutes with your luggage. And assurance that when we are departing we wont have to leave half an hour earlier because we have to search for a parking space and take a shuttle to the terminal

Car was returned damaged. Unfortunately I did not notice this until I returned home. Because I did not flag it at pick up they disclaim any liability. This is despite the car being photographed on the way in and way out apparently. Shame, as I would be a happy customer otherwise. Sadly under the circumstances I will no longer be able to use this service. PLEASE do not make the mistake I did in blindly trusting other people's honesty and integrity CHECK YOUR CAR!!!!!

Stress the need to keep in the left lane when using the Heathrow Terminal 5 Short Stay car park.

used service at terminal 5 heathrow, representative was there to meet me on arrival, my car was waiting for me upon my return. No hiccups, very good service, would definitely use again.

Apart from missing the turn into the car park everything was simple. My bags were a bit late but it was no problem when I phoned in to let them know. Friendly staff throughout.

The instructions were easy to follow to the meet n greet car park at Heathrow T3. We left the keys with the staff near the elevators. On the return date and time the car was waiting for us. The exit ticket for the car park was paid by the staff. Overall was pleased with the service.

Really easy mmet & greet, and as always the car was sitting waiting for us when we got back. Great service.

There is a person manning a pick-up collection point so there is always someone there to take and return your keys. No need to phone if you aren't exactly on time. It makes for a very good service.
