There was no fuss. The car was waiting when we returned and was in good condition. I would definitely recommend this service.

I found the service at Heathrow to be excellent. I turned up on time. Was expected and handed the car over without any hassle or delay. Very courteous and helpful staff at Purple Parking. On the way back, the service was equally good. Car was waiting in car park. Staff could not have been more helpful. My only criticism is that it was obvious a tall driver had used my car as driver seat pushed right back and wing mirror adjusted. This was a minor point though and I feel I had an excellent deal all round. I will use this Company again!

Manned desk at Heathrow T4 means that you do not have to wait for the car to be picked up or delivered.

Instructions to meet and greet area were easy to follow. Staff were waiting to deal with us and our car both on delivery and collection. The service was friendly and efficient.

Good value vale for this type of service when compared to the standard costs by BA. Directions to which car park level a bit confusing.

The flight was early but my car was still ready for me when I went to car park. It is well worth the money.

Punctual, polite, easy to contact. Car was waiting for us when we arrived with no delays when dropping off either. Very good value for money. Will use them again next time.

To find the place of the takeover is a little tricky the first time you do it. purple parking is very good as they have fixed staff on the takeover station. Then you do not have to phone and the takeover goes very smoothly.

I would definitely use this service again, it was very practical at terminal 5. Highly recommended.

I have used many meet&greet services but this was the best. There was someone there to meet me and my car was there when I got back. There was no waiting at all. Price-wise this was the cheapest available when I was booking.

We departed from Terminal 5 & returned to Terminal 3. Your service was ideal - thank you

the whole experience was seemless, drop off took 2 minutes and the vehicle was parked waiting for us on return even though our return Termial had changed. Thank for an excellent experience

So easy- just park and drop. Altho hadn't realised it was Purple Parking from the booking info sent which caused some initial confusion

Our car battery was flat when they came to bring the car back to the terminal, so they jump started the car and kept it running until we actually arrived to make sure it was OK and we wouldn't have a problem - that's service!

I was late arriving at the airport, both ways but this was no problem!!! extremely fantastic service and couldn't find better value for money!!! will always use this service from now on.

We arrived early at Treminal 3 and phoned on the way- no problem at all. We left our car in short stay, walked accross the pedestrain bridge and were there- easy!. On coming back our car was waiting for us- staff were very friendly, helpfull and the best parking experience Ive ever had in many, many years of air travel.
