My car was not where the gentlemen in the office said it would be, however a very nice man walked the car park with me to find my car,which was around the corner in complete darkness, a little scarey if I was alone. So please can you put better lighting around your parking area.

We arrived early pm, easy to find, admin took only a few minutes (we pre-booked via the web) and we were fortunate that we didn't have to wait for more than a few minutes for the coach both to and from the terminal. Comparatively good value for money. Can't comment on lighting, as we arrived and departed during daytime.

The service provided was on the whole very good. It was by far the best value for money carpark I have used and i have used quite a few now. The only draw back is the site's quite far from the airport and the buses aren't as regular as some of the other car parks.

On the whole a good experience. We were lucky with the transfers in that we didn't have to wait very long at all both when leaving and arriving back. However, the car park when we arrived was very dark, very small and the signage was not very clear regarding where to leave the car. General service was good other than that. Reasonable value for money.

I was lucky to find the shuttle bus on leaving Terminal 3 at Heathrow as the bus-stops aren't numbered (Not COurtlands fault... They gave me the bus-stop number). I thought that by phoning Courtlands when I landed they would have time to bring my car up to the office... As it was I had to leave my bags by the side of the road and walk arounf looking for the car, which wouldn't be much fun in the rain.

Absolutely fantastic value for money. My battery went flat while away, car park staff VERY helpful, gave me jump start. Very pleased. Only draw back was having to wait to be collected the travel to car park....but other options at 3 times the price..I think this is excellent value.

We had a death in the family and had to postpone our return. I contacted Courtlands to notify of delay. When paying for the extended trip, customer care agent refused to pass on the daily rate charged for the initial stay for the extension as this extension had "not been booked on the internet". This person managed to destroy all of the good things that the shuttle drivers etc etc managed to portray and we felt ripped off by her refusal to charge the lower amount.

Super budget parking, everything was very easy & completely satisfactory. Missed the first bus after arriving at Courtlands but was on the next one around five minutes later!! Pick up after holiday was faultless! Many thanks from a very pleased customer.

From telephoning the office the pick up was very quick and the car was waiting for us outside your offices so we didn't have to go looking for it. Excelent service and would use you again next time we fly from Hearthrow and if you have the same facilities at Gatwick.

After seeing a recent TV documentary exposing the practices of other airport parking operators I was glad to see from my mileage reading that Courtlands didn't drive my car to some other compound 15 miles away. For that reason alone I would use this company again.

I had difficulty contacting the car park on return. A No of BT messages "Number not active" etc. Then very long ring time before answering, eventually answered but then immediately cut off. 7th or 8th attempt succesful but delay in contacting was at least 15mins. This was reason for mid point mark on above scale.

Hi we found the service good although it had been raining and there were quite a few puddles in the uneven tarmac surface which was a bit of pain when pulling cases. Toilets were satisfactory but could be cleaner. Would use again though, so that says it all really.

good directions from the map, easy to find, staff very friendly, helped me with my luggage at both ends, car ready & waiting on my return, busses run according to customer demand..not on a timetable..much more flexible than most parking companies. 10/10

on the outward bound journey check in was good but lack of informartion where to park. not forthcoming with info where to wait for bus and how long to departure. on arrival in heathrow phoned as per instructions after customs had to wait about 40 min for pick up. the driver could not speak english and not very helpful at first. warmed up a bit later on.

Cannot fault the price, the service, or the area. The drivers were knowledgable and helpful. In fact, I didn't know I was travelling out of T4, but the driver knew and took me there - my ticket said nothing of terminals...without his help I would have missed the flight!

The check in experience was relatively painless. Upon return I dutifully called them AFTER baggage and customs. My flight had been delayed and the airport was empty. They said that they would be 15-20 mins. I waited at bus stop 7 which is right at the end away from everyone else - not a nice place for a woman to stand alone. After 20 mins I called them and they said that the driver had been and I wasn't there! I asked if they came in the bus and they said yes. I knew that no Courtlands bus had came. They said that he would be another 5 mins. After 35 min they arrived and the driver was quite rude saying he had been there which was an outright lie. He then drove erratically back whilst texting on his mobile phone. A dreadful, dangerous experience. I would never use them again.

My car was not parked close to the reception when I arrived back so I had to search for it in the dark car park for around 10 minutes. I was expecting to be able to pick it up from right outside reception and was disappointed that I had to walk arouhd a dark car park on my own.

Courtlands Heathrow provide a very good, polite and prompt service back and forth to the airport, thank you. My only criticisms are minor.... sign post into Courtlands can be easily missed; lighting in the car park at night could be better.

Bus transfers are frequent and fairly quick. The car park is easily accessible, but there are no obvious barriers or other security measures - but having said that I have used this car park twice and have not had any problems. I have used many other car parks (on a frequent basis) including Purple Parking, Pink Elephant and UB8 - but on balance and given the price of Courtlands, I think they are good value for money. If money is no object, Pink Elephant is by far the best.

We arrived back at Heathrow and made our way to the bus stop, then telephoned to request the bus. Unbeknown to us we had just missed it - but no problem it was radioed and so promptly turned around that it seemed it had been waiting around the corner in wait for our appearance at the bus stop. Well Done, in fact excellent, we will use Coutlands again.
