We found Courtlands to be efficient and helpful. We have used them on several occasions and have never had any problem. If we were to go abroad again, we would use their facilities.

Need to improve the entrance signage so that people don't get lost. With the road layout, it takes a long time to turn around and have a second hit at the entrance.

A professional service which went without hitch. Will use again.

Good service. This was the first time that I've parked at Heathrow, but it was much better value than the car parking at Stansted!

Car park looks like a building site, all unmade ground which causes a lot of mess inside car, transport van ok, driver sat on his mobile the whole time and didnt speak to anybody, car had 8 miles on clock although I was assured the car was only moved 60 yards by the manager, sat nav/radio settings completly messed around with, obviously whilst on my holiday my car was being used by the staff, would never use this facility again.

Courtlands is great value for money and the staff are very helpful. Quick pick up times when you land back in the UK, and especially good as many companies don't pick up at Terminal 3 Heathrow during the terminal improvements.

On my return, I left my umbrella on one of the buses after transport from the airport to the carpark. When I realised a couple of days later, I rang them and one of the staff drivers had handed it in and labelled it, ready for my collection. I know it's not much, but as a customer, honesty like that goes a long way. I'll definitely use them again.

Staff very helpful, did not have to wait for transfer to/from airport. Very efficient service.

Overall, highly dissatisfied with the service. My car was not returned to me in the condition I left it in, which made me question the overall handling of my car. It took three members of staff to look for my car in the car park, which wasted a lot of our time. When the vehicle was found, somebody had parked it on uneven ground where there was a lot of rubble etc, causing a puncture. A member of staff squeezed through the passenger side of my car to get to the drivers side and damaged my armrest in the process. There was unnecessary damage caused to my car which I had to pay for. I also noticed that they were driving people around in other peoples cars, as this was done when looking for mine. I will not be using their facilities again and will not recommend Courtlands to anyone.

I have used this company many times and always found them polite and helpful. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a pick up, usually much quicker. Prices are reasonable and it's easy to get to from the M4, which I normally come in on.

An easy to find site with a regular drop off and pick up, all went very smooth, will definitely use them again.

Used it in Feb and no probs. This time, delay at terminal 4 unacceptable.

The service we experienced was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to use Courtlands again, not only Heathrow but any other airport that they operate around.

Overall this is a good car park and I would probably use it again - hoping that my long wait for a bus to the airport was unusual.

It did exactly what it said on the tin - we had no problems so had no need to test their customer service.

Easy to get to with good directions from booking form, very helpful staff and clean washrooms.

Staff all very helpful, couldn't find my car at first but two lads came out and found it, didn't have to ask.

I was expected despite arriving early. Change of car and hence registration posed no problems. Courtlands staff helpful and friendly (and spoke good English). Transfer bus clean and comfortable. No problem arriving back 2 hours late - no extra charge!
