Thank you it was easy to book, easy to find you, dealt with within 5 mins of arriving. No waiting for drop off to airport and 5 min wait for collection. Drivers friendly and helpful directing me back to motorway for my journey home. I will deffinately use you again and not hesitate to recommend you. Thank you Happy customer

I travelled with my family which included my elderly disabled father.I phoned the number given and waited for the bus to arrive a few minutes later several other people turned up at the bus stop.soon after the mini bus turned up,we were about to board when these people(yobs)barged passed us into the bus so there was not enough room for us.We were told another bus from terminal one would be with us soon,5 minutes later it arrived.As my father is disabled it is difficult to board buses.The step was very high and the pull out step under the bus would not work so my dad had to get on his knees on the step to get on the bus when trying to get on the seat he banged his head very hard on the door entrance which is very low causing him much pain.To get off the bus he had to slide off of the chair onto his bottom on the top step then slide into his wheelchair(very indignant).I collected the car from its parking space and went to get my family.When we got home I noticed the car had scratches on the front and which can only have be caused by one of their drivers.Now I am wondering where these cars are kept,because if they are placed where we leave them it is not safe at all and courtlands should put peoples minds at rest by giving information where they are kept.Along review but I advise you to consider parking elsewhere as you get what you pay for and what you get here is NOTHING except for my father who got a massive headache. would I recommend.NO.NO.NO

Thought the service was good value for money, however the condition of the car at pick-up was disgusting. It had mud and leaves inside the car and out, this was the one downside to the service. Looked as if the driver/s had wiped his/their dirty feet on the mat inside the car

Cost was great in comparison to other car parks, transportation to and pickup from the airport was swift. However, not the easiest place to find if it is your first visit and having the forecourt completely full on entering making it difficult to park my car on arrival. I would use again and allow a little more time for the arrival and documentation.

generally very efficent, bus was waiting when we left and only had to wait about 10 mins for a pick up in the morning at 7am so was pretty happy. ,y car was dirty when i picked it up and it wasnt there waiting for me, i had to go and find it, and they did say if you ring up, which i did when i landed it would be parked waiting to go. it was in the end close to the entrance. I wouldnt say this was much of a nuisance however

Friendly staff, especially the coach driver who knows more about whats happening to the future of Heathrow airport than anybody I know. What an intellectual conversation we had at 6.00 am. Transfer to and from the airport collected within a couple of minutes, fantastic service.

The card we were given to notify Courtlands we had arrived at the airport on our return had the wrong bus stop number on it, we therefore missed the bus. However another bus was despatched immediately and we waited half an hour instead of 15 minutes.

The information regarding the route to Courtlands Heathrow was invaluable. On arrival the staff were courteous and informative and the booking-in was smooth and very professional. Transfer was excellent, in fact I was so impressed that I enquired about booking Courtlands Gatwick for a subsequent travel which was undertaken on 17 Sep 07. Overall an excellent service which I will most definately use again and even recommend to others. Well Done.

Despite ringing as requested on arrival we waited 35 minutes for a pick up while other firms' shuttle buses were arriving every 10 minutes. When the shuttle did arrive the driver tried to tell us he had been past the stop but no-one was there, which was patently untrue. On getting back to the car park we were given vague instruction as to where the car was. In fact it was in a corner of the parking lot, at the end of a row in a poorly lit area. We were less than impressed.

For the money i suppose we should not have expected alot, but on arriving at the carpark we were a little shock as we was not expecting what we see, we were in two minds if to leave our car or not, there were no lights on in the reception area when we arrived so for a start was not even sure whether or not it was open, the door on the bus which took us did not close properly and as it was early morning it was a little cold to say the least. We would not use this car parl again.

Goodness knows where the car had been parked for the (nearly 4 weeks of our holiday), but it was covered in, what looked like, fine sand. I had to clean all the windows in order to be able to drive safely and our local (exellent) car wash was unable to remove it - there was still a significant trace of the brown 'stain' afterwards. This will come off, I'm sure, but it definitely shouldn't have been there in the first place!!

The turning for the carpark off the A4 is easy to miss but the booking in process was very thorough and the staff very polite. Our transfer to T1 was very efficient and the driver, Al, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our return journey wasn't so good. The driver watched me struggle on board with baby in splint, car seat, buggy, 3 suitcases and elderly relative and we had to wait nearly 40 minutes for the bus to arrive. Back at the car park though the gentleman at the desk was very friendly. The car was quite hard to find in the dark - perhaps a few lights would help future clients.

Adequant facility and we would use again in the future. coaches were small and rather cramped. Poor lighting after dark. Staff were pleasant and efficient and despite the crampled conditions on transfer coaches, the drivers were friendly and helpful.

Finding the bus awaiting for us once exited from the terminal was a wellcomed first in our experience with other firms.. The friendliness of the staff is an added bonus. When compared to the roudness encountered elsewhere (like economy parking, BE WARNED !) it's invaluable.. In all, service as it should be !

Having booked in a reception the transit coach for Terminal 3 left within 10 minutes. On our return the transit coach was already at the stop outside Terminal 3 and our car was ready to pick up, after checking in at reception. No problems were encountered either going out or on our return. I would certainly use Courtlands in the future.

I was not at all happy with Courtlands overall. When I went to collect my car it was parked under trees - it is a soft top and it was covered in debris from the tree and green mould. With a hard top I could have driven into a drive-in car wash. I did say that I thought the person who parked the car up should have been more considerate of the problem this parking site would cause with a canvas roof which is difficult to clean My other complaint was that the car was blocked in front, rear and to the sides by a whole row of cars. I had to wait some 15 minutes from getting into my car before I could drive out of it. I would not use it again - sorry

Superb value for money. Staff were extremely coureous and professional and friendly. This was a no frills car park but who cares - it's only the car staying there and as a result it was very reasonably priced. We had a very early morning flight out and late night return and both transfers were quick and easy. I would definately use them again.

This business is run like a small business, with friendly staff who give personal attention. There were less people to cram onto the shuttle bus than other, bigger lots we've used, so more room for us and our luggage. Despite the cheaper price, the service was better than the larger, impersonal lots, and we were equally close to the airport as those other lots. Where on earth they manage to fit all the cars is beyond me, but they must have a satellite lot elsewhere.

After using your car park at Gatwick many times, I did feel that the one at Heathrow did not give out the same vibes. Although the staff were most helpfull. I shall not hesitate to recommend your parking to family and friends, and I am already booked for gatwick in October. May I say that you gave value for money.

Very good service, bus was waiting to take us to the Airport and arrived within 10 mins on our return, transfer to car is pretty short in comparison to some. Having spent 10 hours on a flight with two young kids we didn't want to have to hang around on our return and we didn't have to which was great.
