Transfers to and from the terminal were speedy each way. However, upon return at midnight we discovered that our car had been driven on a flat tire somehow gained when parked in their lot. The only advice they were able to give was to call the AA as they have no equipment for dealing with such an event and we ended up changing the tire in the rain by the light of our mobile phones in their muddy, dark lot. Although the damage had happened in their 'care', it was not covered under their damage policy (although we lost a wheel trim as a result of it being driven on the flat), and we were chastised by the manager for not making them carry out a check on our car for any damage when dropping off. So basically, they'll damage your car, be no help in repair, and then tell you off for not making them do their job properly.

The whole experience was amazing... Easy access to the car park, and soon I've got there, meet whith a very friendly and smiling staff at reception. Keys taken from me, off we go to the appropriate terminal by coach... a very quick service. Return to Heathrow a few days later, waited at the designated bay, join the coach, get to the car park 10mn later to pick up my car (securely parked and in its initial state)... Overall, good value for money and will definitly use again... I do recommend

Perhaps not the easiest place to find, directions for last half mile could be better. Good enough though, service prompt and efficient. Car ready for collection when required, though pick up from airport slow.

Easy to use service good directions to car park. Transfer service was efficient with no waiting around. Drivers were helpful with the luggage.Good value and would recommend to others.

Really efficient and speedy transfer on departure and arrival. Our flight departure time changed so we were in a big hurry but were wizzed through the formalities and transferred to terminal 4 very speedily. Waited about 2 minutes on our return.

Missed the car park sign maybe due to being very early morning and still quite dark. Driver had just returned back from a drop off but we had to wait about 15 minutes before he was ready again. On the return journey the minibus was waiting with a very helpful driver who insisted on loading our bags. Returned to car park within 15 minutes, car was ready to go. Overall I think this was great value for the money. Would use this car park again.

Not too happy with the service, the car had been used with both seats set far back and tilted for no reason, no-one could give us a reason...Would not use again.

This is the second time I have used Courtlands and have on each occasion found their service excellent.In comparison to another company used recently, Courtlands picked us up in less than half the time.

Everything was fine. Returned to find the car back in the carpark ready to go. However, all the heater and seat settings had been changed, and the previously LOCKED glove compartment was, on our return, UNLOCKED. Why? It kind of leaves me feeling uneasy.

courtlands was easy to find,and once cars was unloaded we were taken swiftly to terminal.again on return we phoned for pick up and they arrived promptly,they looked after my car for 10 days at a resonable price,if you are on a budget you wont go far wrong with courtlands i would use again.

While the sigh board for the site is too far in - we missed it and had to reverse back - the site is near Heathrow. We were in a bus within 3 minutes and on return were picked up in 10 minutes. Excellent. Unfortunately our car battery had gone flat but we were restarted within 5 minutes using a booster. Good service.

All aspects of the booking in/car return procedure and transits were well handled. Pity my fairly clean car was returned in a disgustingly dirty state. I know there is building work going on around airport but the rear of my car must have been parked so that it was splashed by every passing lorry. I could not see out ear window, it should have been washed before being returned. Worse still was the off hand response from your staff when I complained about the filthy state of the car. You made it filthy, in my view you were responsible for either cleaning it or paying for it to be cleaned. I shall not use your services again and I shall recommend that none of the 550 people that work for me use you either.I doubt you will put this on your web site!

could not fault it easy to find ,no waiting around,we were late getting out of terminal and as we saw the van drive off we were expecting a bit of a wait but we rang head office and the driver turned straight back ! top job would certainly use again.

Very helpful friendly staff both on arrival, in the office and the drivers of the minibuses to LHR. Transfers to and from the airport were prompt and quick, no real wait at either end of our trip. The only slight drawback was the large puddles in the car waiting area on our return - we subsequently learned that the had been torrential rain for most the the previous two days!! On the whole a much happier experience than we have had in the past with other parking providers. Will certainly use Courtlands again in the future.

We arrived at Courtlands after missing it once as there were no lights on the sign and at 5 am, lights are a must. When we pulled in to the parking area, the directions displayed on the sign about where to park your car were not very clear, i drove around twice before i worked out i was in the right place and where to leave my car. The signs above the door were also not illuminated, Budget next door were illuminated and they were shut. If it hadn't have been for the Budget lights the place would have been in darkness and for a female driver I wouldn't have felt safe if i was alone. When we went in to drop of the car keys, we were advised it would be a 10 minute wait for the transfer, no problem. After 10 minutes i enquired to how far away the trasnfer was to see one of the staff walk outside to 'warm up the van' We were then directed to the van. We hoped in and the driver got out. We sat there for a further 10 minutes, with the van running and no driver. I then went back in to ask when we were going to be leaving to be told that we were waiting for the cutomer who was stood in the office. I went back to the van, then after another 5 minutes the driver returned to the vehicle without the other customer. Finally we were able to leave the car park. The return trip was slightly better, we only had to wait 15 minutes after calling them from the baggage hall. My advice is that if you are travelling during day light hours then courtlands are ok, but if you are on a early/late flight the night staff aren't too willing to help.

I had great difficulty in finding the car park upon arrival and drove past it a couple of times because of the very poor almost non-existant signage. Once there, however, the service was good and prompt with a quick transfer to the terminal. On my return I only had to wait 10 minutes at the terminal before being picked up.

GPS and a sharp eye allowed us to find the car park without too much trouble, however speaking to a few people at the location it seems the place can be hard to find. The place is off the road and only has a small sign. It's actually shared with Budget so it's a better idea to look for this. The carpark is rather dark and cramped; it's not entirely clear whether you are parking in a Budget carhire space. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We returned at 10:30pm but due to a baggage machine problem didn't leave the airport until 11:15pm. At this time it seems the company only runs 1 (rather battered) minibus and consequently we had to wait for another 25 minutes before pickup.

Have always used hotel and parking before and was nervous about being able to find car park at night. Would have appreciated directions from both M4 junctions as there was nose-tail crawling traffic from start of junction 4 onwards which made me panic. Once there it was great.

Our only problem was that we missed the sign for Courtlands at first. No other problems. The booking in was quick and easy. We got straight on the bus to go to Terminal 4. When we got back at 7am there was a bus waiting at the stop to take us back to the car park which left as soon as we'd got on. The car was nearby to pick up after we'd got the keys. We were very happy with the service given. Good value for money.

A very average experience. Fair enough, I got my car back in one piece but I can't say it was a pleasure parting with £60. The staff were not particularly friendly, we had to wait ages for our transfer from Heathrow and the transfer buses looked like they'd seen a lot of action.
