Found the place no problem using the given instructions. Speedy check in. Transfer to airport went without a hitch. Pick up on return was there waiting for us after phoning. Car waiting for us. The only small point that was lacking was no instructions were given on how to get back onto the motorway, I had to ask at the reception.

Upon arrival, we were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were transferred to the airport almost immediately - even though the minibus was not full. The driver was most courteous. On our return, the minibus was waiting for us and again, the service was slick and courteous. We will certainly use Courtlands Heathrow again.

Found the site OK although not well sign posted from road. Check-in and transfer to airport were handled promptly. On return our pick-up was 30 mins after our phone call and bus transfer took 20 mins due to heavy traffic. Car was made available promptly. This was the lowest cost service available for 51 days parking and it worked efficiently.

Everything went like clock work, from arriving at Courtlands, following the directions; to booking the car in; to being transferred to Terminal 4 - all very speedily. Then on our return, the minibus was waiting for us when we walked out of the terminal to whisk us back to pick up the car. All very efficient.

Having spent 18 hours of flying home from Korea, via Hong KOng and arriving at T1 on a Sunday morning at 5.20am, the last thing i wanted to do was wait for 40 minutes for the shuttle bus to collect my colleague and i. It seemed like every other shuttle bus came except Courtlands. Staff were apologetic and friendly and professional, so i wont be put off by this experience for future use, and will use them again.

In general terms this was a good experience. Transfer to airport was immediate which is great when you are excited about going on holiday. Only criticism would be the slight confusion over which bus stop the van stopped at and the fact that the wait was quite long and when you are tired after a long flight this was a bit disappointing. Overall though would definitely use them again. Thank you.

The only point I would raise is that we telephoned on arrival at Heathrow and were told that a minibus would be there in 10/15 minutes (which is what we expected). When the driver arrived he was surprised as there was already an unmarked vehicle apparently waiting for us which we were told was your policy. The driver in the unmarked vehicle made no attempt to find out if we were the party waiting for transfer, this would have been beneficial.

You get what you pay for, and I'm sure the two guys who walked up to the pick-up point a minute before the bus arrived will talk in glowing terms, but I waited 40 minutes to be collected, including watching an apparently empty Courtlands shuttle drive past without stopping. I was on the point of getting a taxi to the car park and demanding that they pay when the finally shuttle arrived. The shuttle trip on my departure was also eventful, as it was raining fairly hard and the doors and windows on the minibus were leaking...a lot. Two people on the bus were forced to move to avoid getting wet. I only flew from Heathrow for work, so next time I think the expenses will wear Pink Elephant's higher charge so I can get on my way promptly.

Very good service all round. Good value for money and professional service. However on return found new damage to my vehicle, but at this stage they are taking responsibility. Will they provide a courtesy car whilst mine is in the garage having a respray? Who knows...

Directions to car park were fine but slow down as you approach the entrance as it is not easy to spot if you've got your foot down. If you have a lot of luggage then unload by reception and then park, as there are no trolleys. Check-in is easy and the coaches leave frequently. The coaches we used were a little tatty but perfectly adequate for what we wanted. On our return the coach was waiting for us and the collection of the car went very smoothly. For the price we paid Courtlands were very good value for money.

Vehicle not ready for collection had to wait 30 minutes. Was raining when collected car, drivers side was wet through as they had used the our car (Porsche) to jumop start another car. Since home noticed car had been badley scratched. They take your keys and park the car - not good. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone either.

Will definitely use again if still the cheapest on offer. Friendly reception and drivers. Old car park, building and transfer bus but it didn't matter to me. Service was courteous,fun and the transfers very fast with no waiting. Cars are dropped off just outside the building and keys are left a reception so there's no driving and walking around a huge car park which personally I prefer.

Fast service from check-in at Courtlands to being dropped off at the airport. Quick collection too on arrival, Courtlands need a bigger sign though to the entrance of the car park, saw many cars drive past and quite difficult to turn round on the busy road!

An excellent service both when flying out and on our return. Simple, quick change over on parking with no delay in transport to the airport. Coach waiting for us on our return and again no delay when picking up our car. Will definately use Courtlands again when flying from Heathrow.

the only down side was finding the enterance to the car park, slightly better directions would be of help , its just passed the Tesco supermarket, when time is running out, it is difficult for any driver to spot a relitively small sign on a main road.The service was excellent form the office staff to the bus transfers . Price was good compared to other car parks i checked on and have used in the passed, I will use this car park next time I fly from Heathrow. Robert

The car park was easy to find and close to the airport. There was no delays the coach departed for the airport as soon as we arrived and on the return it was waiting for us. The best experience we have had to-date from any parking company. Many thanks J Jones

All of the employees I came into contact with where polite and most helpful. The driver who transferred me to the airport couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. On return, waiting time was very short and again transfer was quick and efficient. Would definately use again

Really good service, coach waiting for me on arrival at the car park, took me straight to the terminal in about 10 mins. On return only had to wait about 2 mins for the coach to collect me from the terminal, back at the car park again within about 10 mins. Definately recommended.

A great budget car park, it may not have a flashy reception with uniform hostesses and free tea and coffee, but it does everything you want it to. It was easy to find, had quick handover of car and comfortable minibus with seat belts to the airport. Why pay more?

Three points: 1. The postcode given leads you, via SatNav, to the hotel car park, and the people working at the hotel car park have never heard of Courtlands. 2. The Courtlands experience, waiting for the bus to go to Terminal 1, and then waiting for the bus to take me back to the car park, took me 50 minutes at each end of the trip. 3. My car was parked near a drive, with the result that it was absolutely filthy when I collected it. The staff were trying their best under difficult circumstances, and they actually went beyond the call of duty. It is management's fault that the place looks such a dump, and the buses are so infrequent. That is why I will not be using Courtlands again.
