The whole experience, from booking through payment and the actual parking was superb. The cost savings on parking on airport,as I have previously,was brilliant. I could not really fault anything, and will not hesitate to both recommend and use you again myself

The service was really good and we would definately use this again. The only downside was that the website says phone bookings as I didn't have a printer for the voucher but I was told when I called that I would need to print my voucher from e-mail. Could you not just have a booking number that would suffice?

The most important thing is the car being safe and not with additional miles on the clock! That was the case here so I was happy. You get what you pay for - the pick up was due in 10 minutes when I called from the airport baggage area but didn't show for 40 minutes. It's a choice on whether you want to pay another £40 and use someone like Hertz whose buses were there every 5 minutes. I'd use Courtlands Heathrow again on the basis they are very competitive on cost. Don't however expect excellent client service!

When arriving to leave the car I was happy about the service. However when I arrived to collect the car there was a certain amount of chaos. One gentleman's keys had been totally lost and the gentleman in front of me was offered 2 incorrect sets of keys including mine. He had to go and identify his own set of keys. When I went to find my car which I was told was in the rows immediately in front of the office I couldn't locate it. There was only one very dazzling light covering this area so I was unable to see if the car was parked further away. I then had to carry my cases back to the office and ask them to find the car. The car park had a lot of puddles which were difficult to see in the dark.

The parking experience and the transfer to the airport were all fine - if only their pick ups could be as good. We waited 20 minutes and saw many other car parking companies collect their people during the wait. Yet Courtlands boast only 10 minutes as pick up - this was not our experience.

I don't know if I was just lucky, but I got there, dropped off my keys, the bus was waiting to take me. All done in 10 minutes!! On the way back I called the number once I had got through customs, the van was there in about 5 minutes, and I picked up my keys and car just as smoothly as I dropped it off. Fantastic!!

I have used Courtlands Gatwick several times without problems but this was my first experience of the Heathrow Operation. I have no complaints, the staff were polite and courtious both on booking in and on my return. On my arrival at Heathrow late in the evening there was a considerable delay at baggage reclaim and I was tired. I made my way to the designated bus stop and before I could call Courtlands the transfer bus turned up and I was on my way to collect my car which was ready and waiting.

we travel a lot from heathrow and i find the courtlands so easy to use no sooner you have checked in they are waiting to take you to your selected terminal , and the best thing of all you are normally only waitng a very short time to be collected.This parking is also very close to the heathrow

I guess you get what you pay for. We arrived and within 5 minutes were on a transfer to the terminal. ON returning we had to wait 40 mins. 2 minibuses came past without stopping. Car was parked 200 yards away in the driving rain. All in all, nothing serious and would use again.

If i was to pass a comment it would be to try and address the signage leading into the site. You are literally on the entrance when you see the sign and as it is a busy road we had to pass it, carry on and turn around. Courtlands are aware of this aspect and perhaps could fly a flag or id some building/object to look out for as you approach and include this info in the directions they provide. Well done keep up the good work.

I was very pleased with this carpark. For the money you pay it is in my opinion a very good location with quick transfers to the airport. It was nice not having to wait long at the bus stop when arriving back at heathrow (you call the carpark shortly after you land so they know to pick you up) The staff were friendly and helpful and my car was very easy to find and near the exit on my arrival back in UK which was great as meant I could get in my car and drive away as quickly as possible. I would definitely use this car park again if flying from heathrow.

driver on my return frip was really good and nothing was to much trouble. Unfortunately when i was taken to heathrow early wednesday morning ,i left my sun glasses in the bus, they were worth about £180 , was really dissapointed when i returned to find they had not been handed in to lost property.

I arrived early 10.30am where i parked up, went into the sales office and was seen straight away. The prosess was quick and simply and they had a van waiting for me which left as soon as i was ready! The Van driving was evry polite and friendly. On my return it did take me a few times to get through to the office to advise them i had collected by baggage, but once i did again found them very friendly. The van was waiting for me as soon as a left the airport. This was my first time travelling on my own and i felt looked after and very safe with Courtlands heathrow staff. Thank you

The staff were friendly even though they were very busy. The car was not actually waiting for us but they soon got it. We think they are a little short of room immediatly outside the office. The bus/minibus drivers were both very good and helpful. We would use them again.

Easy to get to. A bit difficult to find at first but a quick phone call to the company and no problems after that. Staff are friendly and accomodating. There was no delay in getting transport to the Airport and only about 10 minutes wait when we returned.

I came off the M4 at the airport juction and went up on to the A4 and headed into London. Keep going untill you get to the first roundabout. Go round the roundabout and go back down the duel carridge way and keep looking on the left for the Entrance. Its easy the second time you want to find it

This is easy to find, well staffed and cheap. Just what Heathrow needs! Staff are friendly and helpful. It was at least as quick as the top car parks for speed of dropping off the car to reaching the terminal. I think they will be very popular and need bigger busses real soon...

No problems from your staff or operation, only had to wait a short time for the pick up. As I had travelled during the security scare, I had no mobile phone with me, and coming in from overseas, no change for the telephone either, a courtesy phone link at the bus stop would have been a nice touch. Well priced. Transfers didn't take too long. Coach came quite quickly on return journey. Smooth transfers. Would use again.

They were extremely polite and courteous and the transfers were almost immediate upon my arrival at both car park and airport. I did not wait for the buses to arrive.
