We found courtlands very easy from Colchester, check in and out very fast, no waiting, only a short journey to terminal, will use again, and recomend to our family and friends.

The only improvement that could be made would be to have better directions, on how to find the car park . And a larger more obvious sign at the entrance, we drove past the entrance twice. but otherwise very pleased with the service.

Very frustrating in the early hours of the morning. Difficult to find, signposting inadequate from the main road

found staff very helpful & polite especially when dealing with a very irate customer parked there and coming back from term 5 whilst we we waiting for our transfer bus -she was very rude to the staff who kept their cool with her I dont think I would have been so polite to her as your 'site' states 1/2/3/4 but not term 5 which she was insistent that she booked for 5 and should have been taken there and back.

We arrived in rush hour on a Friday morning before the October half term holiday and we were expecting a queue to check in and transfer, but arrivals were dealt with smoothly and we had a minubus all to ourselves to T4. Took no more than 25 minutes from arrival to T4. On our return, a phone call to them when we had our bags and a minibus arrived to pick us up. Excellent. Shame we had to wait an hour for our bags at T4.

Only one suggestion regarding improvements - the entrance signs are easily missed from the main road. We missed them and had to turn round. Regards J D Oswald

Booking in was swift, all elements of transfer ran smoothly, transfers were flexible. Staff were friendly . Pickup arrangements were easy to make and once again ran smoothly, staff were helpful and transfers were once again flexible. Took the stress out of this part of the travel experience.

Was very impressed with the customer service and overall value for money. My only comment regards the location - you could easily drive pass Courtlands.

Exellent service, will be using you again, we were really pleased we didn't have to wait around specially on the return journey.

The drivers were fantastic in both directions polite and friendly. Imagine my suprise when i returned to pick up the vehicle and it wasnt there. You are not due back for another week was the reply.....Erm No today. 25 minutes to find the keys after a 10 hour flight. Not the best i am afraid.

Very good value and good service. Close to airport and regular transfers, would deffinately use Courtlands again.

The site isn't the most attractive but being so close to the airport more than makes up for that. The staff were courteous and the bus transfer quick and efficient. On the return journey I fell lucky and was picked up within two minutes of calling from the terminal. Courtlands is, essentially, a no frills car park but was perfectly acceptable in just about every respect.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at the car park there was a problem and we were unable to leave our car there. However, there was someone giving out maps and directions to our upgraded car parking which was even closer to the airport. A problem sorted out well with good customer service.

The car park was not as secure as I had expected, the signs are not very clear and you could easily miss the place, and we waited a good 30 minutes to be collected from the airport.

Directions from the Main Road could be made alot clearer and more visable, Transfer to the airport was punctual as was the pick up when we landed. Would use the service again.

Vans are marked as "Quality Parking" and the predominant logo is QPark, making it difficult to identify their vehicle when it finally turned up 40 minutes after calling. Otherwise, very good.

Once we found the entrance, just remember just after the bridge, it is easy to find. There are many hotels on the same road if needed. Didn't have long to wait for bus when we got back and car waiting for us.

I found on arriving, I was a little unsure of what to do with my car. There were not many staff around (2) but everything was sorted out very quickly. On my return everything was very well organised and I was on my way within 5 minutes. One big problem, that I only discovered when booking in, is that they do not operate within Terminal 5. Unfortunately at the time of booking T5 was not operational and I assumed that T5 was on their route and I was not made aware that this was not the case. I do think that as T5 was due to be operational well before my parking commenced that this could have been mentioned by someone at Courtlands when I booked and paid several months previously. I would certainly use Courtlands again, if I was not using T5.

We werevery pleased with the helpfull staff and all aspects of the service provided. We had to take our car out at the last minute for a family emergency yet were able to return the car several days later with no problems. Drop off and pick up was quick and efficient and I would recommend this provider.

Good value when compared to other Heathrow car parks. Friendly reception and no hassle getting to Terminal 3. Well recommeded.
