It was hard to spot the Courtlands sign and we missed the turning first attempt, but apart from that the service and staff were excellent, will use again

We travel to airport for long holidays several times a year and will not be using Courtlands again. The lack of a transfer to the new Terminal 5 was ridiculous. We got two separate directions from Courtlands staff as to how to make the supposedly easy transfer but it was a complete nightmare with the few bags we had and not at all advisable. I do not know what people with even more bags do when having to lug them in between Courtlands' service, the HEATHROW express to get between terminals and all the walkways. Sorry, but without a dedicated shuttle to 5 they won't be getting our business again.

Staff were helpful. On our return the transfer bus was waiting for our flight. We will defintely be booking Courtlands Parking for our next holiday parking.

Everything went smoothly and to schedule. The staff were helpful and the drop and pickup service to airport terminal was efficient.I have no hestiation in recommending Courtlands Parking.

Everything, from immediate transfer to the terminal on arrival to the greatest pick up driver ever on our return, was brilliant and hassle free.

Easy to find and not far from the airport. Staff were friendly and cooperative and chatty. We only had to wait 5 min for transfers there and 15 min back. Everything you need for parking!

Courtlans was easy to find with the supplied directions. Basic facilities but you do not need any more. No waiting around to get to airport for journey out and prompt pick up for journey home

Very smooth and quick transfer to the airport, we were transfered immediately after checking in. On returning the bus was there already and waiting to pick us up. Only one small detail, on returning to the car park my car was parked in an unlit area and as it was frozen it made it a little difficult to see to clear the screen.

Parking difficult to find, even on second visit. Lighting in collection area behind office is poor, especially on a dark wet evening.

Inadequately large vehicles for the number of passengers arriving. I sat on the luggage. Old tatty vans. On arrival I was told to collect car from row 4 or 5!! Rows were covered in thick frost. Road areas and pedestrian areas were unsalted and dangerous.

The signs to the car park were down so it was hard to find them, but once we did the staff were helpful and everything flowed smoothly.

We had not used Courtlands before. Luckily we left plenty of time for our journey as we arrived to be told (along with several other people in the queue) that we had been "upgraded to another carpark". That probably means they had overbooked. When you are due to fly and are given a piece of paper with instructions of how to find a different car park it can be quite stressful. If there had not been two of us in the car (one to read and direct and the other to drive) I can imagine it would have been rather worse. We booked well ahead and thought a courtesy phone call to see whether or not we would be happy going elsewhere would have been better than being faced with a done deed.

Good experience except finding your car in the dark with limited guidance from staff, "out the front"! Some lighting would be beneficial and would create a higher confidence of security - the front park was pitch black!

Upn arriving at the Car PArk, a member of staff came out to greet us and helped to unload our car. They then transferred our luggage onto the coach and helped us on closing the door behind us. It was a 10 transfer time to the terminal and once reched the member of staff unloaded our luggage and put them onto a trolley for us. When we arrived home the Coach was already waiting for us at the bus stop ready to take us back to our car. Again the same level of customer service was given to us. Very impressed and will be using this service again.

The worst problem was the lack of lighting when trying to locate my car on my return. The road surface was uneven with large puddles of water, through which we had to drag our suitcases. One had to be within one metre in order to read number plates etc.

The parking was fine the staff fairly helpful. However, we were flying from Terminal 5 and although the website said they went there they don't so we had to use the 'train' to connect between terminals. No fun when you have heavy cases

I was concerned that their cheap price would mean shoddy service but infact they were 1st class. I left my jacket in their toilets and only realized when at the airport. They promptly despatched it on their next transfer bus and i was reunited with my jacket in no time. Thanks Courtlands.

Car park was easy to find, well laid out and organised. Very straightforward process, would use again but on the return journey, we waited about 20-30 mins in the airport for the courtesy bus to take us back to our car.
