Because of closure due to ash we had to postpone our arrival at the airport but Purple Parking responded to our eventual phone call and were there in about five minutes. On return the wait was typical of any shuttle service, at about ten minutes, but then you get into your own car not a bus to the parking. This was a first time using valet parking and will definitely use again.

The drivers turned up on time and saved me a lot of time because we didn't have to go anywhere else other than the terminal. Will book again

Was charged £25 for being late dropping the car off. Aside from that all was fine.

We called the office on landing, but the driver was not at the meeting point at the terminal. We called again, and was told the driver was on the way. My wife is disabled and was a little disappointed that we had to wait longer for our car.

Lowest price we've ever paid for this service. The company were quick to meet us at the airport. They were waiting with the car when we returned from holiday and so no waiting around. Staff were efficient and I would definately use them again.

We arrived earlier than planned but by the time we had got the cases out of the car the driver had arrived. Despite being delayed by the ash and arriving back at a different terminal, the driver returned our car promptly. Will definately use again.

Website very easy to use making booking extremely easy. Useful reminder emails too. Our Terminal changed after our booing but this was no problem to rectify at all. Staff friendly and helpful. Will most definitely use gosimply.com again in the future.

A brilliant, convenient and fuss free way to book end your holiday. The service gave us value for money and convenience for my husband and I when travelling with a toddler and a baby. will definitely use the service again and again, no waiting for buses and loading on and off. thank you!!!

Was a little worried about using this service as it seemed too good to be true - better price than parking ourselves. Only slight problem was that I made a mistake in my booking time, so rang after it was processed to amend from 13.00 to 14.00. It seems they hadn't changed it on both their systems - so I rang at 12.45 just to check it was updated. She said there were 2 bookings now - one for 1pm and the other for 2pm. She checked the driver hadn't left yet and said not to worry. Got to the airport at 13.50 and the poor driver had been waiting for 50 mins - the office hadn't told him. He was lovely though and realised it wasn't our fault. Upon our return, I rang as we got off the plane at 9.50am and the car was waiting for us at 10.20am by the time we went through passport control and customs. Perfect! Home before 11am! Will use again.

Excellent service, instructions given were very clear and concise. Agent waiting at terminal to collect car as promised with no problems at all. Car ready as promised at arrival back into the UK. Had car valeted at a minimal additional cost and was very pleased at the outcome. Staff professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be using this service again. Many thanks.

Very good service, car was waiting for us when we came out of terminal.

It all went very smoothly. Person was there when we arrived for departure. Had to wait about 5 to 10 mins after arriving back, but our flight had been delayed so things had been thrown out of kilter. It only took about 15 mins from when I rang to get through baggage pick up etc, and they say to allow 30 mins to get the car there, so they were within that 30 minute time slot. No real complaints, and will use again.

all the staff were helpful and jolly. even though they did not have my details when i arrived they contacted the depot and it was sorted straight away

I will definately use this again - I can't fault the service itself. When I had to change my return date due to volcanic ash, I at first sent an email but received no response at all, then I phoned and they said that my booking had already been changed so they just had not acknowledged the change. I have to say that given the distance from Heathrow to the carparks, I can't see why everyone does not use this service.

We use a meet & greet service twice a year when we go on holiday, this time I booked the budget service & to be honest I can't tell you what was different, we were delayed on the way back & my daughter contacted them to advise them with no problems, i rang once we landed & it was great to see our car waiting for us, rather than having to wait 5 minutes like normal. This was the best service we have used so far.

I've been using Purple Parking park and ride for years because it's the best value at Heathrow but it does mean leaving home 45 minutes earlier. Now with meet and greet for about the same price it's brilliant. Drop-off is closer to check-in than the bus stop so that saves a walk and stress levels drop accordingly. On my return it meant I was indoors at home near Reading just 55 mins after stepping off the plane. That is unheard-of. As long as they keep these prices, this is definitely how I will be parking at Heathrow in future.
