We were met as planned and the car returned all without any fuss. We opted for a full car clean while the car was looked after and it was returned in gleaming condition inside and out. Well worth the £18.50 and made for a very pleasant drive home at the end of our holiday. Highly recommended.

Overall, a great service. On my return I didn't know that I had to call to inform that the plane has landed and hence I had extra 30 mins wait for the car. I assumed that the arrivals would have been monitored. Otherwise a great service and will use it again.

We had to wait an hour when we got there and over an hour when we arrived back. It just took too long and put a dampener on the most amazing holiday. The car's condition was as we left it so that was fine but we won't be using it again for inefficiency. We use a company for Gatwick who are prompt and personal as they check flights are on time and then send the car, we call to confirm but if flights are not delayed they allocate someone to be there on time. I would advies that this system is considered.

Only real comment is we couldn't get through on the phone 30 minutes before drop off which caused some anxiety, but was not a problem as the car was expected. Would definitely use again :-)

This is the first meet & greet we have done, and we will always do it. No parking yourself, no joining bus queues, no long bus journeys etc etc.... I needed to change my drop off time and great customer service allowed this to happen with ease. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived as planned, he was courteous, friendly and smart. Handed over keys and we walked in to the terminal. On our return as we came out of the terminal the driver was just getting out of my car. Mileage on my car showed 4 miles for the rtn journey from the secure parking compound. Don't bother with the £70-£150 parking its not worth it. I would recommend this Budget Meet & Greet to my friends & family. Many thanks.

Once I could get through to confirm our arrival (0845 numbers were all busy), everything went like clockwork. Actually it seemed unecessary to confirm our arrival - there were so many staff around ready to take cars away.

We got an excellent deal and everything went completely smoothly. Will definitely use again (provided the volcano stops).

Someone was there as promised when we arrived, and was easily spotted in his jacket. The car was there on arriving back. The meet and greet service does make the start and end of the holiday so much easier than the alternatives.

Easy to contact. On time at the airport for departure and waiting for us outside the terminal on our return. Excellent value for a great service.

The only thing I would fault the service on is the car was filthy on return looked like it had been kept on a farm

Having used other meet and greet services at different airports I can honestly wsat this was the best experience we have had. I would have no hesitation in recomending them to any and all travelers.

I normally go for a park & ride type car park, but this was not only cheaper but much quicker and easier too. I will use this service again (Heathrow, terminal 5).

The meet and greet service was excellent. It was simple, good value for money, no hassle, and took the stress out of getting to the airport terminal. The staff were friendly and the whole process was quick. I recommend this service to anybody who usually parks at the offsite car parks. I would definately use the service again - in fact I've already booked it for my next trip this year!

Our arrival at airport was delayed due to motorway closure. But the driver was ready already at airport waiting for us for more than an hour. On return, car arrived within 20 minutes as stated.

Would deffinately use again, service would be 100% if car was returned externally clean as it was when collected from me.

Still Purple Parking service at a fraction of their costs! Will use them again in the future and reccomend them to friends. Well done.

I must admit, I was rather sceptical about Budget Meet and Greet when I booked online. Less than £55 for 11 days' parking at London Heathrow, is far less than I usually pay to park myself at a provincial off-airport parking site and then have to take a bus to the terminal building! But everything went like clockwork - from the meet on departure, to the return 11 days later - and a quick check of my car reassured me that it had neither been driven far, nor had it been damaged in any way. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using this service again. I have never been more impressed!

Despite long delays with luggage, the lady was there, exactly as arranged, with the car - a helpful end to a stressful flight, most welcome.

Drove straight into T5 car park after pre calling while coming off the M3. Slight wait, as I was early. On my return, called Budget M&G from Luggage Hall. Straight up to Level 4. Car was waiting. Easy and stress free.

We arrived early at Heathrow but called and they were waiting for us to arrive. On returning, we had to wait an hour for our luggage due to issues at Heathrow however the staff called us and let us know that they would wait outside for us. This service is excellent value for money and I would definitely use it again.
