my holiday got off to a super start with the prompt service provided by budget meet and greet. I was travelling with young children and my elderly parents the ease and comfort with which we departed for our trip was appreciated by all .on our return having our car meet us at the airport was a great luxary. We will most definatly use the service again and recommend it to family and friends

The only difficulty we had was with the phone network. I spent a fraught 30 mins before arrival at the airport trying to contact the company as per instructions but there was no reply other than a message saying the call was being forwarded and then cut off. Apparently the network was down and it was not until we arrived at the designated drop off point that we found the company was still in existence. It may be useful to have some fall back system just in case this happens again or some form of reassurance for stressed travellers.

Unable to get through to the 0845 number to call 30min before arrival. Using the office number, got through straight away to a very helpful lady. Slight confusion on arrival at T5 car park as to which barrier to go through. Driver there when we arrived and after a long day on the return, driver was there. Excellent service, would definitely use again

Only issue was that purple parking had us departing from the wrong terminal so 15 min delay on drop off.

Only one small problem - their service didn't start to operate as early as offered. This wasn't a major problem to us as we waited in the nearest motorway services and were arriving early for our flight.

the service was very good and was amazing value for money. Will always use this service from now on. Coulnt fault the service. Made parking at heathrow so much easier and stress free.

This is the first time I've used a meet and greet car parking service, I do have to say it's so easy. It beats lugging suitcases onto transfer buses any day. I recon using this saved us over an hour of our time, so well worth the money.

Only problem was that we are told to contact Purple parking 30 minutes before arrival (I was on time). I had to try twice before I got through and it would have been a problem if I did not have hands-free with voice dialling, as I would have to pull off the motorway to call.

Was a little late in arriving at airport but phone company and driver waited for us, Car was supossed to have been valeted (paid for) but the inside looked as if it had not been touched. Otherwise really good experience would use this method of parking again

Please be very wary about booking with budget meet and greet. When a service appears to be too good a value for money then as we regretfully have found that this is exactly the case. We were charged a £25 fine because we were 10 minutes later arriving at the airport than what we stated when booking. Having protested to the receptionist about this she rudely told me that was not her problem and led me to believe that if I did not pay the fine I could not use their service - blackmail? hm, I'll let you decide. We felt they had us over a barrell as we had a flight to catch in 3 hrs and were not familiar with the airport and their car parks / prices to tell them to stuff it! I feel they took total advantage of us being 10 minutes late and showed no courtesy or care towards their customers. I was extremely disappointed with their service and felt their attitude was totally unreasonable. Needless to say I will not be using their services again even if they are the cheapest service available at the time of quotation.

Highly recommended service have used many times and will continue to. The service take's a lot of pressure off you knowing there are no searching for parking spaces etc and that your car is 100% secure

i found this service to be really good as it took the stress out of going to the airport. i shall definetly use this again, drive up to the terminal hand over your keyus and when you return they are waiting outside for you, great service AAA

Despite us being late the man picked up our car within a minute of arriving at Heathrow. On return we landed early and amazingly our luggage was first off the plane so we had a 15 minute wait to pick us up but it would have taken just as long to get the park and ride options anyway. Would recommend this service as it is so easy

We had no problems at all with the service. It did what we expected. What impressed me the most was the friendly people at the end of the telephone, and it was no problem to meet us an hour early as we had over-estimated how long it would take us to drive to Heathrow. One phone call and it was sorted and they met us where they said they would, and were waiting likewise when we landed. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we fly from Heathrow again.

A misunderstanding to where the pick up point was. I think the directions to the "lower section" could have been better explained. We did explain we were at the top of the ramp and was told that was OK. We were not aware there was a lower section to this, as the lower section seemed to be the taxi/ bus lanes. The pick up chaufer could have had a phone to be contacted or to contact us. On the return we both arrived at the same time.

We arrived to see a smiling driver, who helped us unload the car. Gave return instructions clearly and handed us an information slip. He then drove off in a careful manner. On our return, we phoned thro' and were told that the car would be sent immediately. We arrived at the meet point and within a couple of minutes our car arrived. The driver asked us if we had a good time, passed me the car keys, politely thanked us and was on his way. No fuss, no hassle, just good manners and very polite. Well done. We will definitely use the service again.
