We were wary about using this company as we had got such a great price online and thought it would be too good to be true. The car was picked up promptly using the meet n greet service from Heathrow and when we were delayed by a week by the volcano in Iceland it was returned within 20 minutes of making the call. The staff in the call centre were helpful and the drivers very friendly and courteous. Would definitely use again!!!

We like a lot ot other travelers are stranded on holiday. I advised Purple Parking of our resheduled return flight by e-mail an extenstion of 8 days, they advised me that they wanted an extra £9.95 per day , 3 times the amount of the original 21 day booking !!! I have complained twice but still await an aceptable reply.I will let my thoughts be known to tripadviser.co.uk and not use this company again unlees I do. I return 25/26 April

i have been delayed due to volcanic ash clouds, and my flight has beeen rebbokedby lufhansa, and i am being charged for delays which is not my fault, and i feel this is not supportive of pruple parking and female over the phone being rude.

When we returned 6 days late after all the turmoil in Iceland i rang to collect my car, only to be greeted with that will be £65 extra sir, I questioned this and it was reduced to £37.50. When you have just returned from an experience like we had just had a nice friendly voice would be nice. I suggest customer service training. On top of that we were waiting 1hr 15min for our car to arrive, having been told 40min.

Very good sevice. All went well, in particular the response to the delays due to volcanic ash. Only slight downside was a 40 minute time frame to deliver the car on our return - although we understand the problems due to flight delays.

Excellent service - meet and greet at Terminal 5 (provided by Purple Parking through gosimply.com). No probs dropping off car. We became stranded in New York due to the volcanic ash cloud that affected so many others. My wife rang and gosimply.com where very helpful and professional - and reduced the daily fee from £10 to £7.50. Car waiting for me the minute we stepped off the plane. I'd definitely use gosimply.com again and would recommend them to others

The whole service was excellent. No problems with drop of or collection. They handled the 4 day delay caused by the volcanic ash without fuss and produced the car on time when I finally arrived back.

we tried to phone for over half an hour to book car in with no answer. when we got back due to the hour 01.00hrs and the airport being closed (volcanic dust) we had to get a taxi back to their premises to collect our car (£13). not a good service but exceptional circumstances

Fantastic service. The driver was there before we arrived to drop off the car and was also waiting for us upon our return. I would recommend them to anyone and a family member has already booked with them for next month. Excellent - well done!!

Grateful to see office still open throughought the night to collect car as airport was closed due to volcanic ash disruption. We were able to collect car from compound.

Arrived a little earlier than expected at the airport which wasnt a problem. Efficient handover. Driver was waiting in allocated area on arrival back home. Much better that many of the valet parking we have used in the past. Dont let the budget title put you off.

We arrived early at the airport but Budget meet and Greet had staff there in readiness who validated our ticket and gave simple instructions for collection of our car. We returned again with no prblem to find our car at the designated level and no fuss when I couldn't find the return receipt.

Prompt and friendly staff, quickest way out of the airport. Service was provided by purple parking. We had requested valeting and this wasn't done due to staff shortages but that wasn't a problem - we weren't charged.

The pick up was at 4.00 am, and the agent told me they will pick after 4.45, however I was not given the earliest time when i booked, I was booked for 4.00, I am glad that the agent sent the driver in time to pick the car. The drivers were warm and courtieous. Overall I would use you again. Thank you.

No answer on telephone when arriving, but apparently this was a problem affecting a latge part of London - rather stressful regardless! On way back, I failed to notice that pickup was at departures rather than arrivals, but no-one checked this when I called up four times chasing our car for nearly an hour, resulting in watsed time for all.

Drop off as expected. However the return was very prompt. Walked off the aircraft onto the walkway at 0635am. Contacted the company as instructed before baggage collection, cleared customs. Car returned at 0705am as I walked out of the terminal (Heathrow 3), clear of airport and on motorway at 0709am. Excellent service, have used meet and greet service before(other companies and airports),but this has been the best to date. I was impressed..
