We had a very positive experience. Staff willingly changed our arrival time & got our car back to us without delay despite their computer being down. Staff at the airport were friendly & courteous. The car was returned in the state we left it in (unfortunately). We had used & been happy with Purple Parking before, and this cost little more, for a very valuable service- the delivery/collection point is within yards of the terminal buildings, and the time saved parking takes away stress at the beginning & end of the trip. We would definitely use again.

Staff were freindly and helpful and waiting for us at the airport in both directions. Car was as I left it (slight smell of smoke probably from drivers clothes - disappeared in minutes.). Good value for money. Quite effortless. Would highly recommend.

Meeting time both departing and arriving was spot on. No problems at all and I have no qualms about recommending this service to anyone. I have used this company many times for meet & greet and have never had a problem.

Only had to wait a couple of minutes befre driver arrived. Upon return could not call until after baggage received. I called then and was told 25 mins. They arrived at that time.

We were met promptly only a 2 minuite walk from the terminal. We had to wait about 45 minuites for the car to be returned to us but as it was during the disruption with the volcano and we were 8hrs late I think this was acceptable and would certainly use them again.

Out bound the service was impeccable with the driver waiting at the road side as we pulled up. He even helped to load the luggage onto the trolley for us. The return journey was delayed by 8 days due to the volcanic ash cloud chaos to a different terminal. I had e-mailed the corrected details to my daughter, who had phone Meet & Greet and it all worked like clockwork with only a short wait for the car to be delivered to the new terminal. Even more remarkable was that there was no charge for the extra days parking. One less thing to worry about having finally reached the UK. Overall superb service and I will certainly use the the system again, as it takes all the strain out of getting to and from Heathrow, which is not easy via public transport from West Wales. I cannot sing their praises too highly. Many Many Thanks.

We were met as soon as we pulled up. The driver gave us a ticket which included instructions for our return. When we arrived back we contacted them while we waited for our baggage and they dispatched our car. Unfortulately there was a lot of traffic into Heathrow that day and we had to wait 20mins outside but the driver was very courteous and apologised for our wait. Very good all in all.

our original flight out was cancelled and we had to rebook. Notified FHR (on behalf of budget meet and greet who are purple parking) of new flight details and received email confirmation. Rang meet and greet on way to airport as requested still had our old times, had to wait until they got a a driver to us. Also confirmed return details on the phone. Rang whilst on holiday to say have you got the right times, again they confirmed the old times. In the meantime our flight was cancelled due to the volcano eruption in Iceland. Rang direct to Purple parking who charge me more for one weeks extra parking that for the two initial weeks. Upon return to the UK, they returned the car to us with a virtually flat tyre and we had to try and find a local petrol station to inflate the tyre. The woman who bought the car back said, i'm sure i checked the tyres before leaving.... obviously not.

I have already put this in for my other car, but I was disappointed to not be able to get through on the contact telephone number on departure day and also when we were charged for our extra parking when many of the other carparks were not charging due to volcanic ash cloud.

I was disappointed that we could not contact the drivers on the number provided on the day of our outward flight. Secondly many carparking facilities did not charge when all flights were grounded due to the volcanic ash, but this one did.

I Have used purple parking a few times now, this was the first for Meet and Greet, didn't expect to much,on arrival, The rep arrived to take the vehicle from us within ten minutes of our arrival. The return exactly the same,this under the volcano chaos,amazing!,also the company only charged the extra days due to our late arrival to the uk.

The service provided by Budget Meet and Greet was excellent and I recommend it unequivocally. The information detailing the drop off and pick-up points at Heatrow's Terminal 5 were clear and concise. The people who met me on departure and return were extremely curteous, polite and friendly. It is hard to imagine that you would get a better service if you paid for what is considered to be the top-end of this market. My nine day trip cost me only £55 and it was completely hassle free. No more park and ride for me - I will use this service every time from now on.

On the morning I was due to fly out there was a fault on meet and greets phone line, I could not get through after trying for 1 hour. I had to park at heathrow long stay, cost extra 200.00 pounds which I am in the process of tryong to recover.

We had to wait approximately 20 minutes for the car to be collected, and 20 minutes again for return. This negates the time advantage of the meet and greet service.

unfortunately when trying to contact purple parking as we approached the airport on the given number, the phone was constantly engaged and we tried it constantly for 40 minutes. it turned out there was a problem with the phones but it proved to be very frustrating and we thought that we had been scammed. i managed to make contact by getting a customer service number from the internet via my iphone. once we arrived at the car park, we had a very long wait for the driver. after ringing customer services again, i was informed the driver was there. i had to go looking for him and the driver had been stood close by for 15 minutes. the pick up was much better. the vehicle was there straight away and the driver was extremily lovely and helpful.
