First experience of Meet and Greet and I was very pleased I had made use of your service following recommendation of a friend.

Budget is a misnomer - this is a quality, inexpensive service: I can't fault it.

We travel with 2 children 4 cases and a buggy plus hand luggage so to be able to arrive right outside departures and not have to mess about with buses was brilliant!! With both our arrival at the airport and on our return,the driver was punctual, and the staff on the phone were very pleasant. Will definately use this service again!!

Very convenient. Excellent value for money and very prompt pick up and drop off.

Use of this service concerned me more this time than usual - the guy collecting my car had a different reference to mine, my name wasn't quite right, nor my registration number. Altogether a little worrying! If you want us to have faith in the system - get things right!

We chose this service as we were a family of 4 and thought that the transfer would be quite hectic after an early morning start. We called half an hour before arrival as instructed and the driver was there waiting to collect the car from us. After landing, we called again as instructed and our car was waiting for us when we came out. We experienced no problems with this service. Would recommend.

Called 1/2 an hour before arrival to the airport. Called back after arriving and waiting to be told they hadn't received my call. VERY INTERESTING. Late on arrival as well. Parking staff very polite and helpful.

All worked like clockwork. Drop off and meeting was smooth and effortless. Definitely a parking company to be used again. Good value for money.

Staff was waiting when we arrived at the airport and was courteous and friendly. Car was outside and waiting whan we arrived back & came out the airport. The driver was in the drivers seat with the seat reclined relaxing while he waited. Handback again was quick and friendly. When driving home I then noticed that my headrest was rattling. On closer inspection it looks like someone has pushed their head back against it so hard it has damged the headrest leaving it loose where it fixes inside. Did not think it is worth complaining to the company after the event though.

A very efficient and satisfactory experience. I was dubious at first as I thought it would be very expensive. When seeing the price and other comments by customers we took the plunge for the convenience of the service. Would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone.

I put N/A in punctuality because I was early and this unfortunately resulted in rather a long wait. The same thing happened on the return, my baggage was one of the first off so we were ready early but waited inside for the 15 to 20 minute delivery promise was actually over half an hour and an October night is cold when you come in from Singapore.

Excellent service, value for money, and piece of mind knowing your car is there we you get back. I'm a repeat customer and will use them again. Thanks

I am always wary of booking something over the internet, especially when it comes to security and good service. I need not have worried, it is the best money spent so far when travelling from Heathrow. Why would anyone choose to do their own parking when you have an A1 excellent meet and greet service. Thank you Purple Parking !

I was a bit sceptical at first especially as the price seem to suggest a budget service. I read some reviews which put me at ease as most were very positive and I am pleased to say that I was not dissapointed. We arrived earlier then planned but that wasn't an issue and as soon as we called in 30mins prior to arrival, they were ready to receive us. Just followed instructions and found the car park spot with ease, very close to departure/arrival point at T5 both within easy walking distance. On return called in as soon as we landed and again the car was ready for us. All worked very efficiently, sure beats parking up and waiting for a shuttle service. I would recommend this service and I will use it again.

turned up on time and collected the car from outside the terminal on the return they arrived as planed all in all the ideal way to park your car at the airport

The meet & greet staff were excellent, on time and most helpful. Excellent value.

I had my doubts about this service but my mind was put completely at rest when we were meeted at Heathrow. We could drive straight in, leave the car and off we went, saving lots of time. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and will use this service again. Thank you.

Staff were not friendly but they did cut us some slack when we were late.

Driver was waiting at airport when we arrive to start our trip. Homeward bound and I would advise anyone to phone as soon as you have alighted the plane as it was about 35 minutes before the car arrived back at the airport. Overall great value for money.
