Great value would use again. only drawback seems to be quite a few stonechips on widscreen and car that I didnt notice when I picked it up as it was raining so hard.

Absolutely appaling, we nearly missed our flight due to a crash on the motorway caused by a purple parking transport bus. Because of the accident we were late for drop off after attempting to contact the help desk for two hours we eventually got through to have a rude and arrogant woman demand we pay £25 no show fee for not telling them we couldn't make the drop, besides the fact we had been trying to call the call centre. When we later spoke to a more pleasant woman she revelaed the lines had been clogged and nobody could get through. On the plus side pick up was better but the memories of the drop off remain. The £25 fee will not be getting paid. We have used Edwards in the past and will be going back to them. Avoid purple at all costs.

Such a good & cheap alternative to the tube. We arrived with ease, no queues to get into the car park and as soon as we arrived after collecting our bags, the car was there ready and waiting! In fact the car was already warmed up for us and the driver was really nice. Definitely recommend this service.

The whole experience was very easy. The chauffeurs met me at the time arranged, they were very friendly and helpful, and it was quick to get from the car park to the airport terminal building. Given the price of this valet parking I can't think why anyone would want to use long stay parking instead of this service.

The whole system worked beautifully. During the onward journey we were 30 mins early. We informed them about this and a very helpful driver was waiting for us. On the return journey we were late by about an hour and half as we had to fill in papers for our missing luggages and again the driver was waiting with our car. (We kept them informed). A five star service...........

Great service - arrived over half an hour early but they managed to deal with this well. On the way back, car was ready and waiting for us after we had collected our luggage and walked the few short steps from the arrivals lounge. Amazing value - won't bother searching around next time, will just come straight back to these guys.

No problem with departure pick-up; LHR Terminal 1 parking instructions a bit hazy. Too many lanes too quickly for departures. Arrival landing time was listed as time to clear Immigrations and baggage; website asked for clearing Customs time. But very efficient service and value for money.

For a "so called" budget service the quality and friendliness of the people and the company is outstanding. I even had reason to change my car the day before travel and it was swiftly delt with, with no hesitation for their side. I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company.

Can't believe that we found Purple Parking Meet and Greet for less than normal airport parking! We turned up in the middle of winter and went straight from the warmth of the car into the departures lounge without needing to take our coats with us. Excellent service from them! Tony

Service was easy to book, no problems with changing arrangements slightly. Driver was waiting at the airport when we got there and on our return was arriving as we got out of the arrivals hall. Would recommend this service.

We changed our arrival time but the driver was waiting for us - exactly where we were directed - albeit he had Purple Parking uniform not the black jacket we expected. On landing, we rang before we got to baggage claim - the young lady said the car would be there in 30 minutes - and we walked straight to the car - in just under 30 minutes!

This budget service is good value for money and apart from a delay picking my car up due to knock on delays at another terminal the experience was the same as a premium service. I would definitely try it again.

The whole arrangement went like clockwork, and it was a big advantage to drop the car off outside the terminal. As soon as we walked out of the terminal on return, our car appeared for which we were very grateful in sub zero temperatures. No uncomfortable minibus transfers, polite and helpful drivers. Excellent service.

What great service for the money! Would use over and over again, without hesitation. Save yourself the hassle of shuttles to and from the airport car park and book this service. Easy to use, very straight forward and a fantastic bargin.
