This is a simple and effective service and the challenge is timing the collection and return. This time it was spot on. I don't consider any other type of service anymore

I am amazed this service was provided at the cost that it was. Cheaper than most other options with the convenience of leaving and collecting your own car just outside departures and arrivals. Only one minor grumble that I had some warning lights on the car dash display, told a member of staff who promised to get someone to call me....this didn't happen, so slightly let down the otherwise perfect service.

Largely an easy and pleasant experience. I followed the instructions given and the car was picked up and returned to me on time and each driver was pleasant and courteous. I service that I will use again and recommend to my colleagues.

we were delayed by traffic outward bound but the man picking up our car waited. Thank You. This is something difficult to predict so does need a bit of flexibility we phoned to keep you informed of our progress as best we could. On arrival back to UK we phoned after landing. We did have to wait a little while for the car to arrive and we were waiting outside it was freezing! as we didnt want to keep him waiting, however i think next time we will stay in the terminal a little longer. Otherwise great service will definately use next trip!!

A very quick and efficient way to park a car at Heathrow. My only criticism is that they take a long time to answer the phone both before arrival and after landing.

Heathrow T5 Punctual, efficient, effortless. We called on way to Heathrow to report heavy traffic and were advised driver would meet us at revised time, which he did. On our return we called from baggage reclaim and made our way to meeting point to find car already there. Have already recommended service to 3 different groups of friends.

I tried to call the number given 30 mins before but it was unobtainable therefore I had to call Directory Enquiries for the Purple Parking number and then had to wait for the driver to come. A colleague used Park and Fly, and they were phoned by the valet company, as opposed to me calling you. Apart from that, excellent value for money and service, and have just re-booked my boss's car next week.
