Very pleased with the staff and service. Didnt have to wait at all which is good when you are going away and on return journey.

Arrived got on the coach taken to the airport speedily returned coach waiting back to park on our way home what more can you ask.

Flight delayed by 3hours .Then 45mins transfer time with wait for bus and other passengers to arrive .

Definitely worth using APH as opposed to the more expensive airport car parks.

Although initially wary at the distance from the airport the whole system worked as smooth as silk. Staff helpful and friendly and transfers quicker than I expected.

Excellent ,quick, efficient service, highly recommended for a hassle free holiday. When travelling from birmingham we always use this service and know our car is safe and ready parked waiting for us on our Departure and arrival, WELL DONE !!

Knew I was arriving had everything ready, bus at the ready too to get to the airport (Parked offsite). Very efficient, value for money service.

car park a little far from airport what would happen if got stuck in traffic on motorway?

Car Park staff friendly, easy transaction dropping and picking up the car, transfers punctual, pick up at 2.30am was waiting for us when we got back, the only downside was it took longer to get to and from the airport than we expected but overall a really good experience.

The carpark was easy to find and the staff were very efficient. The free luggage weighing machine proved useful as our suitcase was overweight. The bus drivers helped putting the luggage on and off the bus and were very helpful giving us directions from the carpark as we didn't know the area. The whole experience was faultless. Thank you very much.

Have used APH a number of times and the service and price is second to none. I would think their complaints manager has a very easy job

Its quite away from Airport,but buses were on time,check in was slick.Would certainly use them again no hesitation.

Staff at APH very helpful but when arriving from a long journey and not having had any sleep, checks could be made by the driver of all Car parks if passengers are correctly loaded.

Excellent helpful service - good security - drivers very helpful with luggage. Only drawback is the long ride (20 mins) to the terminal

the car park facility was easy to find...check in quick and easy transfers were done on time and check out was also quick the staff were friendly and effecient

Too far away from the airport to consider using again. Will use on-site parking in the future

The staff were friendly and helpful. We got explicit information on what to do on our return and the bus was there ready and waiting for us to come through from luggage pick up

Staff actually put cases on bus for you. We have never had this service before. Anyone traveling alone or disabled I am sure would find the staff obliging. Very efficient system for logging car in and out.

Car park was very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had to wait 8 mins for a transfer and the driver helped carry luggage on board the coach. On return we only waited a few minutes for the bus and again the staff were really professional handing back keys etc. I would highly recommend APH and we will be using them in the future

Finding the compound is simple. In our case the transfer bus was there waiting in both directions with little waiting time for further passengers. The checking-in process was quick and efficient. The office staff and the bus operators were friendly and helpful. Depositing and collecting the car was within a few steps of the bus stop. I have used them in the past and will again.
