More clear directions, maybe a map of the roads travelling from North or South. Basicly confusing especially travelling at dusk or night time. Service at reception excellant. TC

Check in at Ham Hall was fast and easy. Staff very polite and helpfully. Transfer to Airport great. Our return flight was delayed by 5 days. I phoned APH who said not to worry. Arrived back yesterday late evening rang for transport and was picked up within 10 minutes. Staff at Ham Hall very helpful on return when I enquired about paying for additional time for parking said OK. Thanks very much for a great service will recommend to others and will use again. THANKYOU!!!!

The arrival was fine man behind the desk very rude and unhelpful. Coach driver on way out great and friendly. On the way back we waited for over 30 minutes for the collection coach after we had called and the receptionist told us it would be 5 minutes. Bearing in mind it was raining and cold not good especially where children involved. WHEN the coach did finally arrive it was leaking and dripped over my husband all the way back to the carpark, where we were again greeted by the happy receptionist. I dont think we would use again.

Good value for money. Well organised with everything ready and waiting on drop off and pick up.

Everything ran seamlessly; there was only a short waiting time of about 5 mins at arrival and departure, and the journey to the airport was no more than 10 mins. The only (very slight) hic-cup was that we couldn't locate the courtesy phone in the vicinity of reclaim carousel 6 at Birmingham's Terminal 1 ! However this was no problem as there are other phones around, and in any case at that time of day (6pm) the buses seemed to be running as shuttles.

I would deffinately use this service again and will recommend it to others flying from Birmingham.

The directions to the car park were spot on and it all went very smoothly from dropping the car off and the transfers to and from the airport and collection. Only 2 potential downsides are that the bus stop is the further away from the arrivals hall and this is componded by not being able to walk between the terminals indoors at present due to renovation works. Also, the courtesy phone took a long time to answer and I was beginning to wonder if anyone was there especially as this is the first time we have used this service.

Everything was excellent except we had to wait on the coach on the arrival back to see if a few more passengers could be taken on even though the coach was already very full. Didn't mind waiting for the coach as expected up to a 15 minute wait but once we were all on the coach we were tired and this wasn't appreciated. Overall though, a super and pretty efficient service.

A coach was there waiting for us. We were soon away and we didn't have to wait until the coach was full before we left. Arrived directly where we needed to be. A short wait for our return coach and again we didn't have to wait for the coach to fill. More cost effective than a taxi to the airport.

good service overall but we were given no info as to what happened on pickup at end of holiday so ended up asking another coach driver who phoned up aph for us and informed us that aph would be making their way over to pick us up!

Easy link to the motorways and no queues. Efficient service equalling a good start and finish to our holiday

It is difficult to find it. You need a bigger APH sign at the final roundabout.

Value for money, never waited for a transfer coach there or back. would use this service again. Only downfully is the staff could be a bit happier and welcoming on reception.

We were extremely impressed with the whole experience. The buses were frequent, the drivers very helpful in sorting out where we parked upon our return and I would repeat the experience readily again. Clear directions to park, clear signposting both from motorway and from the airport to bus, very impressive and definitely to be recommended.

Value for money,however, passengers need to be aware that there is a longish journey to the airport.

bit out of the way traveling from south but transfers and check in out first class would use again
