faultless service from drop off to pick up. I was delayed in the Spanish strike and there was no mention of extra money for extra 2 days. Instead my keys were returned with a smile. Would use them again.

All good , the only thing which was a little difficult was my wait after arrival for the bus, and the sit in the bus. It was very very cold outside that night, so that did not make things easier. And it was late and I was tired, so the extra hour which it probably took , which is not such a big deal, became a lot extra. But I would use them again, everything was smooth and easy really.

the operation worked superbly for us with no delays and we would use them again.

the car park was cheap,bus transfer there and back no waiting if you dont use them you must be mad.

As first time users of a parking facility we did not know what to expect. It is not easy to be polite at 3am in the morning but the APH staff were cheerful and helpful. We were greeted by name and instructed on what we had to do. Within minutes the car was parked, suitcases loaded onto the shuttle and we were on our way to the airport. The driver made sure we knew were we would be picked up on our return. APH really helped to make our holiday a wonderful experience.

It takes all the hassle out of parking. It feels like the staff really want to help, they're not just doing it because it's their job.

The staff at APH Birmingham are friendly and helpful. One member of staff loaded our cases onto the bus for us whilst I was checking in at the reception area. The buses seem to run nice and frequently. Good communication in advance of travelling i.e. warning of potential roadworks etc. Very pleased with the whole experience.

This was the first time we have used APH and we found the staff really friendly and particularly helpful. The driver even waited for us whilst we booked in which was quick and easy. Well worth the money.

Tis service is really recommended. The staff were excellent; the transfers effortless and the worry that someone wouldn't be there to pick you up was gone. Meaning you come back to less stress. I was also relieved that my car would be safe in an enclosed; security guarded area. This service is really recommended.

could possibly pick up at airport a little quicker but otherwise superb

Ideal for us; travel down the toll road to Jct 2. It's easy to leave the car and let you do the rest.

A good all round airport parking facility, convenient and good value (the cheapest of all the other options) - will definitely use again and will strongly reccomend to friends and colleagues.

My only criticism is that the courtesy phone in terminal one could be better signposted, it is situated at the side of a column and took us a while to find it. Apart from that small niggle everything went very smoothly and I would receommend APH.

Good overall but some more indications to reach the car park would be valuable, having a proper postal code for sat nav would be a bonus
