Very good service, arrived back late at night, rang their number and they were there waiting for us when left the airport terminal

On arrival the waiting bus driver loaded our cases straight on to the transfer bus, advising it would depart in just 10 minutes. Car park securely fenced and well lit. Booking in & handing over of keys was quick & easy & staff very friendly. The drive to the airport lasted just 15 minutes. On return home, the staff on the courtesy telephone gave clear instructions, the bus arrived just 5 minutes after clearing customs & the car was waiting near the exit on arrival back at APH. I would definitely recommend them and will use APH again.

Can't complain, 10/10 service, waited no longer than 5min for the pick-up.

As I have said it was a decent service, Staff were OK, it was what we apid for and what we expected.

Although everything was carried out very professionally, we did have to wait at both ends a considerable time on teh bus

As always APH provided a great service, we have used them a number of times and will continue to use in the future. Car park is secure, staff helpful and bus frequent. We've never had to worry about leaving our car in their safe hands, would highly recommend!! 5 star service

All round excellent service. Easy to find using online directions. Friendly staff, prompt bus transfer both ways, car parked near office on return. Only downside, APH is three m'way junctions past the airport from Oxford direction, but transfers so efficient not really a problem.

Could not have been better! Parked car and handed keys in. Got straight on the bus and departed for the airport. On return walked out of the airport and straight on to the bus and back in the car park 12 minutes later! Superb value for money compared to on site airport car park! Would definately use again and recommend to anyone!

We took a wrong turning off the roundabout near the parking and had to double back which was a bit worrying (but we were travelling when it was dark and some of the signs were difficult to read because they were dirty but this was no fault of yours. We had to wait a short while when we got back to Birmingham for the bus but I have no complaints about the service you provided. M Aston

APH Birmingham offered great value for money parking, the bus was waiting for us when we arrived at the carpark for the transfer to the airport and it was also waiting for us at the airport once we collected our bags. Overall the service was very good.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again and would certainly recommed you to anyone looking for a very friendly, efficient and courtious service. Thank you

This is the second time I have used this car park. They are efficient dependable & secure. The only thing to beware of is my satnav always sends me past the turn off on the roundabout. There is a local sign on the actual roundabout but you need to be watching out.

Having experienced a few other companies APH Birmingham were a wonderful improvement on my expectations. The coaches are big modern and have lots of internal luggage space. The staff stepped in unprompted to carry your luggage on and off for you too. The service both ways was extremely easy and frequent. Finding it wasn't as easy though. The satnav post code takes you three quarters of a mile away (use the precise Ordnance Survey coordinates provided on their website if you know how to) but still on Faraday avenue so if you get lost return back down the same road and look out for the APH sign set back in the bushes on an earlier island. I had missed it in the dark. Perhaps it should be made more visible for dozy night drivers or satnav newbies! Otherwise the service was without a hitch.

Great value compared to other options - only flaw is the car park is a little way out. I had a lengthy return delay and this didn't become an issue which I'm very grateful for. Will definitely use this option in future if I fly from Birmingham.

The parking facility was easy to find and did exactly what it said on the tin. No hassels, the transfer was smooth and we have nothing negative to say about our experience with APH Birmingham Parking. Thank you

Good service, secure car-park - but car park is a 15 minute drive from airport. Staff were very helpful when our flight was cancelled. However we sat for 20 minutes on the transfer bus before it set off for the airport making a total transfer time of approximately 35 minutes. Clients need to allow at least 45 minutes to be sure that they are on time.

The weather was at it's worse and yet the service was efficiant and helpfull. All Airport services were in panic mode and yet this transport service went about their business as though it was a normal week, well done "gosimply.com"

We arrived back 3hrs. late in difficult, icy conditions, to find our car a few paces from the office.

Very happy using APH. Far better than parking at the airport as well as cheaper.
