We were very lucky that the bus was ready for us both ways so the collection and journey was very easy. Thank you.

Once booking, we had to have change of car, so phoned through with number plate alteration and very helpful staff changed this over and emailed us details. Unfortunately it appears this info did not register at car park - cannot understand how it recognised our plate as being changed, but did not recognise on entering ticket in machine that we had pre-paid. Had just had bad experience at airport, with someone taking our hand luggage from hold, so on getting to ticket machine and it asking for £84 did not impress us - staff very friendly though on pressing the button and we got through no problem.

We found the car park as soon as we arrived at the airport the night before our flight but got a little lost when we left the hotel and tried to return to the carpark. Fortunately we had sufficient time to find the car park again.On our return we had not noted the number of our bus stop in Area G and consequently had to walk back one stop. Perhaps a reminder at the bus stop?

The car park is not strictly speaking on airport. On Airport suggests waiting distance rather than length transfer and waiting for transport

Directions are spot on, the bus came along soon as we walk to the pick up point, just remember to note car park letter, i didnt husband did!

Number plate reader at the car park makes going in and out very easy. Buses regular and staff helpful.

Parked the car after getting ticket at the security gate with no problems.

Everything was easy, from booking to finding coaches and exiting after return. Because it was all paid up front just swipe the card and your away. Vehicle registration recognition also cut down on time and having to keep tickets for ages before your trip. Everything was simple, self explanatory and value for money. Would recommend to family and friends. Thanks

When exiting car park, road signage could be improved otherwise all ok

No problems entering or leaving the car park. The directions were accurate & helpful. No problem finding a space in the car park. The bus came quickly to transfer to the airport. Only small criticism was that I missed the first bus back to the carpark because the stop said "blue" and I had a yellow ticket but in fact the bus from the blue stop was also for yellow areas of the car park. However next bus came very quickly. Value for money compared with others I've used.

I would recommend this to anyone. It was not easy to work out the parking zone to go to, but once we located the open parking zones the rest run smoothly. The transfer buses were waiting there, and go us to the airport in time. I had got my starting wrong, but with a simple phone call that was updated and i was able to park earlier than i had booked. on our return the buses were waiting at the air port and got us back to our car without any trouble. This is a very good service, and at £10 a day, affordable.

I was very pleased with the car park. Especially the way it was so easy to use with number plate recognition. In I zoomed, parked within seconds of the bus stop, on the bus to the air port. The return exactly the same but in reverse. Only one problem but very minor was the signposting for prepaid - I got in a lane and someone was taking an age, then the van in front zipped out I could see that there were more lanes to the right so on I went. Maybe a bit more light or signposting would help. I will use you again and certainly recommend you to other people, as it's much easier than negotiating public transport or having a taxi in the early hours of the morning. Miss K Sallis

I found the service excellent. There was a bus waiting for us and we only had to wait a few minutes before he left both to the airport and from it on our return. I did have a problem, my making, but the staff sorted it out very quickly and I was on my way.

Very efficent, we parked, a bus was there for us to board, when we arrived back late at night a long stay bus was there waiting for us to return to the car. Excellent.

When you arrive the registration number is read, then your ticket is printed, you take that, which then lifts up the barrier. The ticket told me to park in the blue zone. The only negative was that it wasn't obvious I could park anywhere in the blue zone. I was looking for BCP reservations as that was the company go simply went through. You can park anywhere... On returning to your car and you don't remember which car park you are in, there is an intercom help button station inside the bus shelters. Let them know what day and time you arrived, they will guide you to the car park that was open at that time. Overall, go simply provided a very reasonable price for a good car parking system.

We arrived at the car park slightly before our stated time. The ticket printed out very quickly and we followed the directions to our designated parking area. On our return from holiday, we boarded the bus almost immediately after exiting the terminal. We got back to our car and drove out as easily as we came in. There were no hiccups in the procedure at all.

this is the easiest i have ever parked, no waiting around for transfer buses and such friendly helpful staff. so simple to book too,and easy to follow instructions. try them you will not be soory, i will certainly use them again.
