From booking to arrival, transfer and eventual recovery evrything was efficient and quick. The price was very competetive and all of the staff were extremely courtious.

Found the staff and drivers extremely helpfull and never had to wait any time on transfers which only took a couple of minutes the only down side was the cost of £42.95 for 7 days was about double the cost of any other off airport parking at other airports we have flown from

Very quick transfer, easy booking in proceedure and quick collection. The only negative was the staff let my interior light on and drained the battery, but got the car started very quick. Thankyou

Park and Fly was easy to find, close to the airport and the staff were professional throughout. The transfers were straightforward and our wait for them was limited to a couple of minutes either end. Our experience of other providers has not been good in certain instances and spoilt the overall experience of a long awaited break. We shall use Park and Fly again with no hesitation.

The whole proceedure was carried out with the minimum of fuss and was very professional. Transfers were done quickly and with waiting to a minimum and the handover again very smooth.

very quick check in and transfer to terminal,car ready at gate area for easy departure on return.only fault was mini bus pick up from terminal a bit slow,seemed to be more bus's dedicated to Novo hotel than the car park waiting at bus stop was cold after returning from the warmer weather,Just a minor complaint all other aspects were good.

I've used other parking facilities at Newcastle but getting to the airport building from dropping off points was always a pain. Park and Fly drop you off and pick you up right outside, opposite one of the entrances. Other good points are the quick return of the coach if you have just missed one plus there are bus shelters if it is wet weather.

On arriving I checked in my car which took 2 minutes, the transfer coach was already waiting which took about 3 minutes to get to the airport. On my return back the transfer coach was already waiting and when I got to the carpark my car was parked right next to their office so everything was perfect and plain sailing. Highly recommended.

After hearing a few negative stories about airport car parking, i was relieved to have chosen a decent and proffesional outfit! it was a quick transfer in a new & clean minibus, and our return driver was there within 2 minutes of exiting the airport. will definitley be using again.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait for the minibus transfer at either end of the journey. Really exxcellent location and great value for money.

No problems. Lift to airport was waiting. We were dropped off at the front of the airport On return transpot was there very quickly.

We were pleased that the authorities were aware of our arrival time and the van was waiting for us to take us to the car park.

Arriving at 04:00 after a long drive in torrential rain, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The operation of unloading 2 cars, 5 persons, luggage, reloading the transfer minibus and completing the paperwork took less than 15min, fantastic. The only element that could have been enhanced is a covered area for the transfer between vehicles, therefore keeping people and luggage completely dry. 5 min in the minibus to check in, the whole operation completed in 20/25 min, not bad. The return wasn’t quite as slick however in fairness because the flight was delayed a number of planes arrived simultaneously. We still were only kept waiting 10 min or so, and again back at the car parking site things were well organised. The cars were waiting for us in the same condition as we left them with no extra miles on their clocks, and after collecting our keys we were on our way within 10 mins. I would recommend this service for sure.

Well organised and well executed. One of the best car parking services experienced and close to the terminal as well.

Handed keys in, jumped in the mini bus - arrived at the airport within 10 minutes of dropping off the car. Return journey, very busy but only had to wait about 5 minutes for the mini bus and car ready and waiting at the car park. Will definately use again.

Generally very good except that driver of return vehicle was rather brusque with customers which was not necessary

It is not the first time I have used Park & Fly and I wouldn't park with anyone else and they have always offered first class assistance.

The staff are cheerful and upbeat and treat each person as an individual. Our return flight on this occasion was delayed, and our spirits and energy level were low but sure enough, the pick-up minibus was there with a friendly driver to greet us. Good value and a competitive service!

Having handed over the keys we were taken fairly quickly to the airport drop off point. On return we were picked up as soon as we left the terminal and taken directly to our car. Staff were all friendly.
