From the comprehensive directions posted on the website, to the friendly and humerous staff, to the smooth transfer to the Airport, my experience of Park and Fly was as ever entirely satisfactory. I have used their facility at Newcastle Airport before, would use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Within fifteen minutes of arriving at car park I was booked in, luggage transferred and dropped off at terminal building. Probably as good a service I have experienced. Thanks to all concerned.

I would recommend park and Fly. The staff where pleasant and the transfers to and from the airport spot on.

It was surprisingly easy to use this service. It was close to the airport so no complicated map to negotiate.The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the transfer bus driver. We didn't have to wait long to be transferred to the airport and true to their word they were just pulling into the pick-up point as we came out of the airport. Excellent!!!! I would recommend this service to anyone.

Using your facility makes using the airport a much more pleasurable experience for those of us who have to come by car. The service was easy to book and easy to use - thank you.

Finding the car park was so easy and the transmission from start to finish was seamless. It really makes a difference to your holiday not having to hang around for coaches and the speed in which you then pick your car back up to get home. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

parking so close to the terminal if you did not have luggage you could walk, it good drop off and pick up service car parked ready for you on return, once used never forgotten, have now become a regulare use. Trevor Robinson

I couldn't fault the facilites & the staff. We have a toddler so have 3 cases to carry, pushchair & toddler suitcase to handle between 2 of us. Staff really helped putting cases in van from car & vice versa. Only downfall is when you get picked up at the airport bus stop, better signing is needed so you know which side to queue as people were pushing in causing a few rows, glad not busy season.

I think it could be a little cheaper but the service is 1st class with easy access to main routes from the north it's as accessable as scotish airport and the holiday's are about £200 cheaper

We always use Park & Fly at Newcastle Airport as they are the nearest to the airport, easy to find and the site is very secure. We have never had any cause to complain

I arrived at car park about an hour earlier than booked, but this was not a problem and had a very smooth hand-over of car. On arrival back at Newcastle,having been advised that they monitored the incoming flights, the bus soon appeared for the short journey to the car park where I was dropped off at the car and assisted with my luggage.

very efficiant staff will definately use again easy to find transfer time 2 mins pick up waiting for us when we landed so the time from the airport to leaving for home took 15 minutes a totally stress free experience also the carpark was clean and secure

Park was easy to find and reception staff courteous and friendly. Transfer coach was on time and reasonably clean. It would have helped if the driver had made it clear where the pick up point was on return. We were not the only people asking if this was the correct pick-up point.

got there .was taken to the airport in less than 5 mins,on return taken to car park in 10 mins.car was there waiting,went home. easy

We drove all round the Airport looking for it. My husband almost refused to go on holiday because of the ensuing argument. Thankfully we had a lovely time and domestic harmony was resumed. More expensive than Edinburgh.

I have used Park and Fly before The quality of service and courtesy I received was excellent. I would definitely recommend it.
