Really straightforward, very close to the airport behind the Premier Inn hotel. You just pull up outside the office give them your keys and flight details and they load your stuff into the bus and take you straight to the airport. On the way back they monitor your flight so you just wait at the place you got dropped off and they turn up in about 5 minutes, load your stuff in the bus and take you back to where your car is waiting, open so you can just get your stuff straight in. No ringing up, no messing about, no looking for a space then remembering where it was, friendly helpful staff, very quick and easy. The best of all the options at Newcastle Airport.

From begining of the holiday which is the transfer it was to smooth, no hassle with keys or cases. The communication was very good and you knew that you could trust the organisation. OIn the wqy back, I left a bag on the concourse of the pick up area, which I believe would have caused a huge security problem and also it had our passports in it, but the driver handed it so me with no fuss at all. Well done that man!

I was very impressed with the whole service offered from booking to finally collecting my car after my trip away. The staff were very friendly and professional and it gave me the confidence that my car would be in safe hands. On my return we were collected promptly with no waiting around. One word of advice though if using sat nav put in the latitude and longitude positions as opposed to the postcode. This is actually advised in the literature which I didn't read closely enough and ended up driving two miles to an iindustrial site only to drive back to the airport once I had realised my mistake! I highly recommend Park and Fly at Newcastle and would not hesitate to use them again.

Much easier to use than the long-term car-park on site. Very impressed with the service. Will definitely use again.

No messing about, no big queue to check in - they were expecting me and didn't hold me and others up by asking a load of questions to which they already would know the answers. The transfer was immediate and help was on hand for my skis and bags. On my return they were ready and waiting with the bus and my car was ready to go. Minutes after clearing the airport I was on my way home. Best service I've had in Newcastle parking options for the airport and good value too!

Staff friendly and chatty. Close to terminal, quick transfers. Directions on web site poor -a map of roundabout, even a basic one would be very helpful. Signs as you come off roundabout to enter carpark are woeful. Would use again, close to airport, reasonable price, no apparent damage to car.

The park and fly is 2 minutes from the airport - in fact, you could walk if you want to. We found the staff helpful, especially when we were delayed by two days on the way home - we were not charged for the extra time. My only complaint is the cost - at approx £60 for the fortnight, its more expensive than similar facilities at other airports.

Despite our return flight being four hours late the buis tranfer was waiting for us, unlike the long term car park on the airport when you have to wait for the bus turning up. We were dropped off at our car instead of in a vaugue area, great service, great value for money

Dropped off the keys at the office and transfer to the airport was immediate. Coach was waiting on arrival and it only took a couple of minutes to get back to the car park.

An excellent service, with very competitive prices. There was no waiting around to or from the airport, the coach was waiting for us at the spot designated when we came out of the terminal. The staff are very pleasant and personable and they looked after the cars like they were there own. I have used them before and will continue to do so.

Our flight was late into Newcastle but the staff was ready and waiting for us - no problem at all and it was late with freezing fog and frost.

After being delayed , the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. I will certainly use the service again and will recomend them to all my friends.

On the doorstep of the airport. Behind the hotel(dont drive past), friendly staff drove us across the road to the airport and were there waiting to pick us up on our return. Cant ask for anything else.

1st class service with helpful staff only criticisim not very well signposted would use again if flying from newcastle.

Couldn't get closer to the airpot than this. Buses every two minutes. Driver very friendly and helpful

arrived to find bus waiting to take our party to the termanil sorted the car out then of 2 min later we arrived the staff were very hepfull will use again.many thanks to the staff

First time I used anything other than long stay car parks. Very pleased with the service and will use again. Any chance of reducing the price a little?

This service was absolutely fantastic. I would definately reccomend this and definately be using the service again.

Very convenient location for Newcastle airport. Check in and out is quick and eficient. Very short wait for shuttle bus and very quick transfer as it is a short distance.
