Despite my travelling times (both outward and return) being very unsocial hours the staff were first class and the transfer to the airport was immediate. The airport collection was waiting my return even though the plane was early. I have used Park and Fly before and will definitely use them again

I have used this park and fly before and recieved the same high standard of service. The staff are very helpful and entertaining will definately use again.

This is the second time that I have used Park and Fly at Newcastle. They were courteous, efficient, punctual, and the car was well looked after.I would be pleased to use them in future as they were competively priced, and conveniently placed at the airport.

Good value service and very close to the airport. The bus was waiting when we landed as they monitor the flights.

Unfortunately I was unable to go on holiday as I broke my leg. I would like to reclaim my money as I have travel insurance. Can you send me some paperwork. Agnes Bell

Absolutely everything was perfect.really makes a difference after airport security and flight delays etc. If only our holiday had been as good.

The park was easy to find, the Staff were excellent, helpful and couteous. We were transfered immediately to the Terminal, procedures for our return were clearly explained. On our return the transer coach was waiting, it took 5 minutes to return us to our car. There was no delays. We were very pleased with the service and will certainly use it again.

Easy to find transfered as arranged on return we were collected and taken back and dropped a few feet from car. I would have no problem with using Park And Fly again.

My only criticism would be that the car was parked some distance from the office in a poorly lit area but fortunately it was not raining.

The car park is very close to the airport ,you are never kept waiting to transfer to or from the airport.Convenient hastle free service good value for money i wouldn't leave the car anywhere else Mrs Gartland Whitley Bay

The services was fine: however, on returning home we found a dint in the left front of the car - too late to return. We should have been asked to complete a check before leaving the car and then on picking it up again - overall, this has cost me a lot of money.

I have used Park & Fly several times and will continue to do so. They provide an excellent service and are in a good location. The only negative was that on this occasion the pick-up took 5-10 minutes which really mattered as it was freezing cold. However they continue to be my first choice park at Newcastle.

For a car park so close to the airport value for money is excellent. The transfer process is quick and efficient and the car is brought to reception on day of return

We were quickly booked in and transferred to the airport. On return the minibus was waiting and our car waiting at the office for collection. Unfortunately the battery had given up the ghost but a jump start was willingly offered. I suspect they have to do this regularly! Staff were friendly and helpful. Repeat business guaranteed.

Car park easy to find from directions given. Very close to the airport. Staff very helpful and informed us of a new fast track service on offer for their customers. Bus waiting for us on return trip, First class service. would use next time at airport and in fact gave contact details to passanger i sat next to on the plane.

Facilities were clean, tidy, safe and secure. Easier than parking at the airport long stay. Staff courteous, pleasant and transfer was within minutes of my return.

We have used this airport parking facility many times. It is close to the airport, the transfer bus is always there withinin a couple of minuts, both ways, and we regard the parking as a normal non-complicated part of our holiday experience.

Excellent service and I will be using the service in the future as I travel every week to my work and need the car to travel home.

I have tried many of the parking options at this airport and with the present parking and drop off arrangements Park and Fly offer the most convenient access to the airport. The transfer time is minimal and the drop off / pick up point the most convenient. That said the friendly and efficient staff amke a world of difference to the parking experience

not much diference in price than car parks 3-5 miles away i book my flights as i live in spain months in advance i would also book my car parking if i had a discount with earlier booking
